hello how are you today what think of game so far

The moment Uncle Byron reunited with Clive after *all those years* have got to be one of THE MOST emotional scenes I've ever witnessed in gaming like, ever! The concept is so simple but dear God they pulled it off with aces!

So wouldn’t say it was pulled off very well ONLY bc you never encountered him before. Woulda had tears in my eyes if I had context before hand. Was NEVER mentioned before that point. Still a good scene when you imagine what COULD have happened between them.

They don't really mention Byron other than offhand before this, but damn the voice acting goes so hard it still hits.

Yea and I loved how clive showed uncle who he was with that play acting that he did as a kid, that was cleverly done, Hollywood could really learn a few things about filmmaking just from this game alone

Finding Ambrosia again is so emotional for me for two things - one because the bond with her is established very early on, and she literally saves Clive’s life at the cost of an injury to herself. Two, because at the time that her sidequest comes up, we has JUST come from an incredibly horrifying, heartbreaking story moment. So just this small evidence that somehow, somewhere, good things can still happen even in the middle of all the crap in Valisthea, just hits you all at once in the feels. It’s a reminder that things aren’t all just doom and gloom in Valisthea - there’s beautiful and happy things in the world too.

Jill is freaking amazing

I had some experience with Motion Capture and gotta say they've created, aside from the realistic performance capture, a seriously stylish fight and movement choreography for this. Considering how important the story and dialouges were in this franchise, they really did it justice this time. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil Remakes 🙂

I swear, Japanese make the best characters hands down. Not only the best, but the best looking. They’re always handsome and beautiful. It’s like the direct opposite of the west. We make the ugliest looking characters and women are 90% of them.
