It is getting time for midterms and final horses as the Heartlanders begin to try their final horses. It is a stringent test, similar to the Certified Farrier level for the FITS (Farrier's International Testing System) Exams. Two feet shod in an hour with clipped shoes, being inspected and evaluated for hoof prep, shoe fit, shoe quality and finish.
