Not only a great film on it's own but an important one too. Bob Odernkirk suffered a heart attack more recently and he attributes surviving it from all the exercise he did in prep for this role. So this movie might have literally saved his life.

One thing I love about the bus scene: Bob Odenkirk’s character gets hurt pretty badly as well, not just the bad guys. It adds a bit more realism and makes it feel like a normal fight. You can't just start a fight like that and expect to come out of it without a scratch.

Maybe setting up for a sequel where the rest of the Russian mob, or maybe another group affiliated with them, comes after him or something? They left that open ended by not letting us hear the call and not having him say anything. I wouldn’t mind a sequel though, especially if it’s as good as this was!

Two things... First, while the pillows obviously represented the "wall" between them, I don't think that was their intended practical purpose. There was a light shining through their window, possibly from an angle that drapes/shades/etc. couldn't block, that shone directly on Becca's face. I think the pillows were just meant to block the light, and then became representative of more in their relationship. Second, I see this as an unofficial (sorta) sequel to Grosse Pointe Blank. I realize their "occupations" were slightly different, as well as many other plot points, but it feels like where you could see Martin and Debi 20 years later. 🤷‍♀️

Okay, does anyone else want a 'Nobody' and 'John Wick' cross-over as much as I do?

Hey! I usually not commenting much. Liked the reaction. Anyways, you should definitely check out the movie called: The equalizer. Denzel Washington just great in it. Keep up the great work.

Enjoyed your reaction to this movie. Not sure if you saw it or just edited it out, but there was a mid credits scene.

This film is supposed to be taking place in the same universe as John Wick, The old timer who said thank you for your service. I couldn’t stop thinking about the high table in the three John Wick films. Serving the high table perhaps when he was auditing?

Off-Topic: KZread will never convince me to go "Ad-Free" when they make funny commercials with adorable meerkats that sound like Taika Waititi and weird dudes in kimonos.

One of the things I love about this movie is how they do a good job of portraying the villain as a complete psycho without just saying he is, but then the hero turns out to be *way* crazier. And neither feels inauthentic.

Subbed. Thank you for this. EDIT: Also keep in mind he is 58 years old in this. So he might as well be John Wick's older brother.

0:18 Did you say "Breaking back"?)) Could be an interesting tv show)) And about Nobody. It was directed by russian director. He also directed a movie Hardcore Henry(and it's shot pretty cool). And in both movies he did shot real russians actors, and even one singer(in Nobobdy that russian singer came to Cristopler Lloyd in hospital and put a gun to his head). And in Harcore Henry there was a russian videobloger in a action scene, but only for a second.
