Quin isn't just going to complete the compendium, he's going to end up with the highest quality compendium in the world. Seriously, who else actually takes the time to get a GOOD picture of everything, or just pay the money to get the pics without having to work for them? I'm voting Quin for Hyrule's official photographer.

As someone who does this for every run, I heavily recommend the stealth gear + majora's mask for doing this

Quin reconnects with the beloved pastime of photography, mostly just to appease The Voices at first, but finds that the artistic task a good time makes. I’ve never seen such world class top notch photography in my life..Quin deserves photographer of the century title..

Just when you thought Quin had reach the peak of his BOTW vids, he throws out this masterpiece! It's so darn enjoyable. I've had such a shitty depressive day and this made me feel SO much better. Also; as a wildlife photographer this is really relatable!

In this episode Quinn becomes a professional photographer. Also for Quinn: there's a spot in the jungle south of the spring of courage that took me forever to find. There's a giant monster camp there.

It’s so fun to get all the pictures and try to fill up the compendium. There are some really cool shots that people have taken for some of the creatures!

If every picture he takes takes that long, it's gonna take a long time to complete it. But it's one of the things that makes Quin Quin, so I love it!

I think there is one picture you will be force to buy at Hateno lab. It only spawned during the Vah'Rudania sneaking phase I believe. So when you'll only have one left, you can buy it there.

@@QuinBoBin You're right, the Forest Dweller Sword is in limited amount, and the (Mighty) Lynel Crusher/Sword/Spear might not appear with Lynels again because of enemy scaling, so you might need to buy that too. As far as I know, these are the only things that never respawn.

This was so fun to watch! The fact that you got to see a bunch of animations you would have otherwise missed is great. btw if there are photoes you can't get anymore, such as master Kohga, you can buy them from the guy that makes you take a picture of the sunshrooms in the Hateno tech lab.

@@QuinBoBin Make sure to get Calamity, Dark Beast, and the Bow of Light before buying them. I'm pretty sure anytime you refight them the photos get saved into your most recent save.

I am so glad you're not just doing "click snap I'm done." Trying to get the perfect shots of each one is such a good idea. Tip: You most likely missed a few, like the Blights. You can buy pictures off of Symin in Hateno Tech Lab.

I never knew how much I wanted a video of tiny man running around taking photos of everything until now

I want to admire how much Quin has changed since the beginning of the series BOTW cuz even though it took me two days to watch it beginning to end, it was totally worth it and reminds me of how good he can really be.

Watching Quin have so much fun taking pictures has me wondering if he's enjoy playing Pokémon: Snap! It's like... an on-rails shooter, but instead of *[REDACTED],* you just try to take the best picture of the surrounding Pokémon you can.

this is just 13 minutes of Quin being the best Hyrule's nature photographer.

I swear, every video this man posts just makes me fall more in love with him. I've told my girlfriend that Quin might be one of the few people that could compare to how much I love her. YESSSS!!! It’s here!!! This is everything I hoped it would be and more. Half the beauty of the compendium is noticing all the animation the dev’s included. Also, taking a photo of the stalkoblin’s as it’s head was flying through the air? And the decayed guardian with flames at the bottom of the picture? True art. And the CHICKEN?! Amazing.

Quin trying to get the perfect angle for an imaginary photo shoot, as every single enemy in the game is trying to kill him is way too entertaining. I love this. Also, would putting on Majora's Mask help? You wouldn't get the shots where they attack you, but you could get much closer without bothering them, I think.

I didn’t get good sleep, work kicked my ass over the weekend, and I’m already thinking of putting in my two weeks (I just got out of training). Not in the best mood to do schoolwork cause pushing through that would not help. But among the darkness, there’s a little voice, calling out “everybody how’s it going”. The compendium might be the most underrated part in all of Botw. It's so much fun to try and get a good picture of everything, especially creatures

For me the Hyrule Compedium is a goddamn side quest. Im in love with it so much it’s so much fun to complete and im OVER THE MOON that a creator is FINALLY taking the time to do it

Watching Quin complete the compendium, is like watching Quin play photo simulator, and I love it.

Something I learned recently is that, apparently, the Sheika slate is Link's journal. In the Japanese, all of the quest entries and everything are written from his perspective and even have some of his own thoughts! Their are some KZread videos, you should check it out. It's kinda super wholesome.

This is amazing. I’ve always loved the camera rune so much, I have a save file so full of great pictures that I can barely take any more, but I refuse to delete them, they’re such great memories especially after a few years. You can go back and relive some awesome moments just like with your camera roll on your phone.

I can honestly say that I have never laughed more watching someone play botw more than this episode. This has brought true joy to my heart and it inspires me to go on a botw nature safari myself.

I OBSESSED over taking photos (and not just photos, but GOOD photos) of everything when I was playing BotW. It wasn't until after I had completed the game that I discovered you could simply buy photos of whatever you'd missed. So I was stressed as hell fighting every boss, trying to make sure I could get a good picture without getting killed or that I didn't miss taking a photo of a rare weapon that you could only obtain a few times, so I wouldn't have a hole in my compendium. Proud to say I managed to complete the whole thing using pictures I took myself.

If you use the hero’s path thing you can see where you haven’t been and find that last percent of the map

I love how you really tried to take great pictures everytime. This makes really enjoyable content

I found that far more entertaining than I thought I would. Not sure why I would expect anything less from Quin to be honest. Also, top tip for beetle/lizard hunting, try the palm trees around Lurelin village, specifically the crescent beach area. You'll also find mighty and armoured porgys (porgies?) in the ocean there (look for seagull flocks out over the sea and you'll find a shoal of them lurking beneath).
