ill buy a beautiful frame from the charity shop or vintage shop & buy a lovely art print from etsy. that way i get the perfect frame & pick my favorite artists work & match them together. my favorite treasure hunt is looking for real paintings that are vintage.....that i can afford! when i find one i love, then i donate one of my framed prints. art & books are my passion.

LOVE ALL the ITEMS... MY FAVORITE is the WHITE with BLUE PRINT, CANDY TREATS, IRONSTONE LIDDED JAR.

I love the painting of the women by the sea. It makes me think of Anne of Green Gables.

I love watching thrifting and when you talk about what you look for and give some little tips here and there and reasons why you don't get something. It's teaching me to follow your example of self control even though the scale was beautiful, you made the right call. One day you will find the right one! Hello Elizabeth here are the items I loved in your video. For sure you know I love the cake plate and to find it with the lid it was amazing. Copper items are difficult to find in the south. The sofa was great for a price of $74.99 and you passed by a beautiful buffet that looked very nice and strong built. I've seen those hurricane glasses to cover african violet plants. I just love the way you place bible verses, I read alot about Ellen White and the Adventist religion, Thank you for sharing.

Your home is beautiful and the antiques and thrifts always make me smile. I used to go antique hunting with my mom and dad. They are no longer with me and I do miss those times with them. I enjoy your channel and the scripture you post makes my heart fill with joy.

I thrift a lot, and get ideas from you. I liked the scale, but I don’t purchase ideas with hearts on them. It’s not that I don’t dislike, but they don’t go with the theme of my home 🏡 XO

I went to My Goodwill today. I'm more impressed with yours, or the one you were in. Yours is much more organized than mine. Also went to an antique store and got a salt box. Now i have 2. I really like those. Not sure what attracts me, but i am.

Absolutely lovely thrift haul. Those blue glasses were amazing. You also gave me some ideas about how to style a cloche, never thought about putting it over a pitcher. It looked lovely. I so wanted that copper tea pot and was hoping that you got it. Thanks for sharing your experience.

ove the blue and white candie treat jar... and the cloche. I also look for cloches, and I buy interesting knobs at Hobby Lobby and super glue them to the top for added interest. I do brushed nickle, brass, bronze,glass... the varieties are endless.

I've had decent luck sanding the paint off of things that are under the glaze with a fine grit sandpaper 🤷 maybe worth a shot

I love that white vintage frame. I would have purchased it and replaced the oversized silhouette with something else. I did find an old frame at my recycling center today. Now I'm looking for something to put in there. They didn't even charge me for it!
