Good morning Adriene and #YWA peeps. I’ve been having a hard few months and this morning I decided to fill my cup and it felt great! Yoga With Adriene I just set up a table and my iPad in our extended bedroom area and my intention is for me to get dedicated to doing this everyday. The biggest intention is to get my husband to do it. If you can recommend easy quick beginner sessions for the both of us to get started on I would be forever grateful! Just good morning stretches for him, gotta keep it simple for him at first. Ty!

My intention for the month is self-respect/self-love. I am in literal transition in my life and need to remind myself that I am in control of my changes and am worthy to receive good things. Thank you for this energetic wakeup call. It really set the mood!
I was diagnosed with MS about a year ago and was in a wheelchair for a couple months. I discovered your videos and started with low to the ground practices. Cut to today and I am standing on my own two feet in the star pose!! My body feels alive for the first time in a long time! Thank you so much for doing what you do. Namaste.

Saw one of my daughters recently. Don't have opportunity to see her often, she gets mad at me a lot. We had a nice chat, and at one point she tells me she has started doing Yoga. Which blows my mind as she has always resisted Yoga with me growing up. She says, "I found this wonderful woman on KZread." I said, "Don't tell me it's Adriene!" With a big smile she nodded and told me how much she loves you. You gave me a small connection with my daughter! You are a gift!

That's a wonderful thing. I am estranged from my daughter. Not through my choice. Nasty situation. It's cruel. Yoga has given me a safe sanctuary. Adriene is indeed a gift to the world 💟

Admire💝 - February 2024 Yoga to fill your cup🍵 I admire my bold, expansively beautiful soul. Feeling truly replenished and full of positive pranic energy. Each breath i allowed my soul song to expand and express myself, as my inhale brought in all of the loving kindness and light that i deserve and attract. Absolutely loved the final star pose: it made me feel empowered and so joyous! Namaste my friends, love and light to you all🙏💓✨xx

I am going to be there!
Since I began practicing yoga with Adriene, I have saved this particular session in a magic jar. I believe I return to this one every month when my mind and body ask me to take it slow. This yoga practice is filling my cup every time. Namaste ✨
July 2024 Delight...in filling my yoga cup, now to fill a literal cup😇
As a psychologist I often talk to clients about filling their cup. This was a perfect way to fill my cup before trying to help others fill theirs. Thanks Adriene 😊🙏🏽
*KISS - day 31/365:* I’ve decided to keep going after HOME and try to do a whole year of yoga because if I can do one month, I’m pretty sure I can do anything.😂 This was the perfect first practise after the end of my last journey, starting a new one with my cup FULL! Let’s do this together!👍🏻💕

Where are we going next Breath and Bridgers? Time to get off this bridge. I am going to MOVE about a bit. How about you? The calendar is now up on the YWA website. Today's practice was tough but doable. I had to deal with some tightness in the left hamstring and hip, but it subsided fairly quickly. I backed off as needed. Right now, I feel pretty good. Bridge day 28. Day 147 in a row.

I to also love your videos I lost a good amount of weight and gained a good amount of muscle just by doing beginners yoga YOUR Yoga. Imagine this a 564 lb man doing your beginners yoga exactly the way you're doing it for months on end then finding out he's down. 448 lbs I need to get back to it and keep Dropping

I struggled for most of the practice, my Fibromyalgia is bad today, I'm in lots of pain. But in the end (basically the last few minutes of the practice) I found zen, I found peace. Thank you so much Adriene, you are always there for me, and today I really needed you, you where there with your beautiful smile making me feel better. And you really have, I'm doing a lot better after this yoga practice, then i was before hand. I'm now ready to do my meditation, and try to go through my day, that now feels a lot more possible then it did before the practice. Thank you Adriene, you're awesome I love you and sweet Benji so much. See you again tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏🧡

Did anyone else find difficulty setting an intention and finding a kind word to say to themselves? Today really felt like a struggle with my thoughts and the weight of taking on other people's stresses. I went back to yesterday's ADMIRE class - Inner Peace meditation and immediately 'I choose to let it go' came up without even thinking. As always, thank you so much Adriene and this community 🙏💛

I think that you are making progress when you find it challenging and difficult to show up. You may not realize how much progress you have made until later when you have a really easy, free flowing session.

I felt stressed, sad, and confousing before doing this session... and now, after this magic yoga I feel so much better, with energy, full bateries. Thank you, Adriene. You know exactly how to change a day.
It was awesome and connected with my morning Bible meditation I do before yoga, today's verse had in it something like "shine like the stars", and then at the end, we did star pose here, and in my headk, a still small voice said, "Be the Light" :) Love Ann
I’ve chosen this video a number of times now, and always have a unique experience. I’m amazed by how uplifted I feel at the end of each practice. An applicant recently complimented me on how calm I was on the phone at work the other day, and I credit these videos for cultivating this new, calm approach to my interactions with others. Filling your cup truly does allow you to fill the cups of people in your life.

A client recently remarked on my calm demeanor as well. May not always feel that way, but I believe the yoga is helping with that.
I was so busy at work, I just decided to close the door to my office and do this behind my desk. It changed my day. Thank you.
Breath like you love yourself. And now we're going from BREATH & BRIDGE to MOVE. I've enjoyed this month and hopefully others as well 🙏♥️

This practice saved my day. I woke up feeling kind sad and little disappointed with myself. I'm glad I decided to do this practice in the morning, I feel so much better! Not 100% yet but I'm hopeful that today is gonna be a good one. Refresh day 11, day 20 for me! 🦋🎉💕

Adriene, this months journey has been a wonderful way to BRIDGE together with BREATH! I can’t thank you enough for all your help and support. It’s been even one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had. Finding new ways to celebrate, center, and wellness. Your letter this week spoke to me as you said all I’m feeling, thinking, and yet I know to breathe, soften, listen, and the magic of yoga 🧘🏽♀️ Looking forward to MOVE!!! We got this!

Absolutely loved this practice! At the end in star pose, when you said " holding space, taking up space" I realized that I am often anxious about taking up too much space. Daily practice on the mat with your videos really helps me to calm those anxieties and move towards feeling like I deserve to take up space. I felt very full and warm after this practice!

Managed to do this one outside today, which feels especially great as my anxiety usually keeps me pretty much housebound. I was only in the back garden, but I still clearly remember not even being able to set a literal foot outside the door not that long ago. High time for my pasty little English self to get some sun ☀️❤

Haven't been on the mat for two days, now returned with this practice, healthy body yoga and lion's breath :) Feels good to be back!
After some lighter days, this felt a little tough but doable. I had to baby my left knee which has some slight soreness today. I found the star pose interesting today. The feeling was quite enhanced. I had the sense that there was energy trying to flow from all four directions but each bottlenecked. Blossom day 11. 554 days in a row.

DELIGHT😆 - July 2024 I delight in pouring positive energy into my being so I am able to be the best version of myself in my day to day life. Man oh man the powers of yoga that be! I feel rejuvenated, lithe, calm, focused, buoyant, joyous, delighted; so many positive, amazing feelings all thanks to this wonderful fill your cup practice. I settled in with myself in this present moment and enjoyed stretching my body out, making space for positive energy, releasing the negative and opening my mind, body and soul to the powers of the universe and all the blessings it bestows upon me. A transformative practice one might say. I also delighted in having fun with my body which feels so strong and I am so grateful for throughout each of the poses, connecting mind to muscle and celebrating all that I can do! Wow, I re read my previous post (from 7mths yay!) and STILL loving the hands link pose! different and yet so lovely. WAS really smiling and noticing my body & mind be 'still' that pause or allowing be. Thanks for this practice as I REALLY NEED to reFILL my cup ;) Namaste to all practising

Congratulations to all of us finished the 2nd month of yoga practice🎉 I've never accomplished remarkable things in my life, but practicing yoga every day for two months means something to me. Thank you Adriene and everybody practicing together💕
Came back for a second round this evening. Nice end to the day, even if a stress fracture in my left foot made itself known again. 😊
You are such a gift. When you prompted us to “take up space”, it was such a reminder of the years I had to be small. Thank you for you. ❤ grateful.

Wow, seven months since I last practiced this sequence on a calendar. It always seems like I did them the previous month. Off to work shortly but will come back afterwards for more of this one! Still day 12. 373 days in a row.
