I tried this today(7/18/24) and ang sarappp! I substituted the potato with eggplant dahil medyo naka low carb ako. Coconut cream ang ginamit ko. Na enjoy ko sya kahit walang rice. Thanks for sharing this recipe.❤👍👍❤

I prepare this Filipino food with a little twice of mine. I do add a few extra herbs and spices to blend it according to my taste. Instead of chicken i add shrimps. And i add sweet potato instead of normal potatoes. I 💕 it. I do prepare a few Filipino cuisines. I don't eat any red meat. Chicken, fish and veg. My wife is russian. She loves the way i cook Filipino food.

Favorite ko talaga chicken curry, i tried making this and i loved it! Ganitong ganito lasa ng chicken curry na gusto ko. Sobrang sarappp!! Simple lang and recipe hindi ganun ka complicated ang procedures, madaling ifollow at masarap! Thank you po for sharing this recipe ♥️

The chicken cube is enough to add saltiness in the recipe. You can add salt to your likeness but omit adding the chicken cube to avoid being too salty.
