It is good you liked the spaghetti. Most italians don't. They think they put sugar in the sauce but it is natural sweetness from ripe bananas made into a ketchup substitute. It is actually a historical invention during world war 2. Tomatoes were rare so they used ripe bananas as substitute. I think they used the red color from the lipstick plant seeds which is called atsuete. Oh and yes most Filipinos have a sweet tooth. They put brown sugar almost in anything cooked. We are a major producer of sugarcane. So it naturally finds its way in liquor, cakes, food etc...

That is high praise coming from an Italian

You should order the "Aloha Champ Burger" that is the most delicious in all of the burger if u are a fan.
