They are referring to KOREAN Age guys. That's why they said 21 y/o. Regardless of Birthmonth, in Korean age, it adds another year in January 1 and the moment they were born, they are already a year old.

Argentina no es España, es Argentina. Si, hablamos "español" pero con nuestro acento y particularidad. Chanty vivió en Mendoza, por eso cuando habla en castellano, lo hace con un tono muy característico argentino. Además de que su papá es argentino.
