The FH3 is perhaps my favourite-sounding IEM from FiiO to date, but FiiO also didn't skimp out on the design or build-quality despite the asking price.

My favorite in Ears. It is hard to admit but they sound better than a lot of more expensive Sennheiser models.

Listening to a review of the FH3, on my own FH3 (confirmation bias much?). I've got to say, the bass and the mids are so well represented. The treble will sound less harsh after some burn in. Goodjob on the review!

Burn in is a myth. Your ears adjusted.

How do these compare to starfield/aria? Also are you thinking of reviewing the Moondrop SSR?

im looking for headphones like these but i mostly listen to metal and rock can you list a few that would be a good buy

They are both great as I have them both, but I would go for FH3 anytime

Its interesting how two people can hear sounds totally differently. I found the clear-red tips sounding the best and the smoked-red the worst :D.

Yup, that's why I always try to remove as much of my own subjective experience as I can when evaluating products :-)
