"Figures" is a contemporary routine about the everyday struggles of domestic violence from the abused perspective. It showcases the silencing isolation of the abuse until the end of the routine when the survivors break the cycle and find solace in one another. (Huge shoutout to my dancers for bringing this to life, and to my roommate Sam for helping me with this crazy idea!)
