Very Old School and I mean that in a good way; no exotic costumes, no bizarre moves, just simple, but elegant moves making you envision a real waltz.

Actually, I think this particular waltz music was written as an homage to a passing way of life ...notice how it is in a melancholy minor key. It's almost like it is mourning a culture that is crumbling.

What a beautiful performance. They did the waltz proud. They skated with beauty and exuded joy. Have seen many versions of this waltz and this one is divine. ❤❤❤❤
Shades of a bygone era. So refreshing to see, unlike the dreaded pop vocals most skaters today use.

@@christajennings3828Kaitlyn + Andrew were solidly in the top 10 in the world for years... They were always overshadowed by their Canadian teammates, Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir, who're the most decorated figure skaters of all-time.

What beauty, I could watch it for ever. It is perfect, exquisite and so spontaneous: look at their smiles and gestures full of joy. The music, composed for them, flying on the ice.

thank you! i so agree. i think they're one of the best but underrated figure dancers. they should be world champions many times over even olympic gold.

That was my soul dancing!
From the very first note they waltzed and waltzed with joy and elegance. Every transition is waltz, every movement is picturesque. The speed its self is beautiful. So are the hair and costumes.

lt is a beautiful piece of music. l keep listening over and over again. They are dancing gracefully. Some people says they dif not do any difficult thing bc this is ice dancing. They did difficult step, too. Judge count on edging, dancing closely, rhymes, postures expression.
