Finding your balance on the ice is a challenge that every figure skater will be faced with on their figure skating journey. Where should the pressure of our weight be? Personally i think i make the mistake of dropping it all on me knees which causes pain

Definitely don’t drop all your weight to your knee as it could cause pain and we don’t want that. Try holding your core stronger to help when doing these exercises ❤️❤️
