Honestly I feel like this mod is relatively close to how Roxas would function at his peak. Faster and more aggressive than we usually ever see in base Sora

Nobody May Cry sounds like a really aggressive “try not to cry” challenge.

*Lingering Will sees Keyblade* “Give that to me.” “No way, you got your own.” “But I want yours too.”

Lingering Will is a fun fight when he doesn't spam that stupid bike move.

Just dodge roll or block. It’s one of his easiest moves to avoid.

@@darkfenix0102LW is definitely not easy. He was considered the peak of challenge that KH had until remind and even then he’s still very difficult. Just because there have been people who have been fighting him for over decade doesn’t make him easy

Wouldn't expect anything less from a DMC conversion

The song used is just perfect of a choice; it feels "Dante-esque". I'm that much of a Square Enix and Capcom fangirl, so it was a sweet transition from Devil May Cry to Final Fantasy for ShootieHG's involvement.

The Roxas kicking Terra's ass isn't overpowered, he's lore accurate.

I just noticed how unfair LW can be. 3 seconds into the fight before you even get to control your character and you already get hit...

Ive seen this mod every now and then and the fact he just taunted made me wanna instill it now.

Roxas NEEDS another game focused on him. Maybe have him,Xion , and Axel/Lea go on adventures after Kh3’s events

Is the Light Dash better than quickrun? it certainly looks better. Can you hold the Light Dash and fly all over the place? Because I've seen that before with Roxas, but not sure 😅, I'd really love to try out this mod at some point, props to those who put all the work into this, it's Phenomenal

I played through the entire game from start to finish maxed out all my drive forms… Dash is quicker and faster than quickrun But it doesn’t necessarily provide the same s as dodge roll or quick run uses There were wayy too many times in boss fights where I would get 1 shotted by enemies because Roxas’s dash attack doesn’t necessarily provide the same s we’re used to getting with Sora… However… It is faster and alot quicker so sometimes you’d have to either opt for using Roxas’s reversal or using his Limit Break to escape certain attacks from boss fights and enemies 💯

There aren't any directional inputs like in DMC but there are new inputs like R2 + Square that allows you to do different attacks

​@@lennybarks Weird thing to say given the only way to actually play is via a ps2 emulator which only works on PC The EGS versions of the game will not work for the mod, however, you need to use the emulator OP. Overhauls like this make me sad I played certain games so often that the enemies need overhauled just as hard to make them fun again. Like style switcher in DMC3. On the other hand being ~20 years later I wouldn't enjoy the games as much or have the time.

I am now convinced, players may fix the horrible combat system in KH3

take popular character. make him playable for the whole game. give him random flashy blinding random attacks with no rhyme or pattern that you can barely follow or understand = somehow, a good mod. Thanks but I'll stick to Sora.

I can follow Roxas’ moveset just fine. This isn’t any more flashy then any other actual character action game, especially stuff like DMC4/5, which the mod takes inspiration from.
