Fighting Form Tutorial

This is a tutorial on how to do Fighting Form. Remember to start by looking to the left of the room and turning into a left leg in front fighting stance!
Before learning this form, you should know these techniques:
Fighting stance, turn and shout, step back, rear leg front kick, sliding front kick, and double punch! Feel free to use this video to help you prepare for your belt test.
Who needs to know 10 Basics?
Kids Martial Arts (ages 5-8)
- White/yellow belts need to know up till move 10
- White/green belts need to know the full form.
Be prepared to do this on your own in class and on your belt test!
