harixx Blaze I always get tonsil stones from my post nasal drip. So what really helps me is I always check to see if I have any in the morning. I take them out using two qtips. Those things are so smelly 😫😫😫. I noticed I get them the most after eating / drinking dairy products

Cut out all grass out of your diet. Grains, and sugar are our main source of grass. Most chronic bad breath comes from an overgrowth of candida. Try it for one month.

I find this bad breath treatment method BestBadBreathRemedy9.blogspot.com truly incredible. After reading everything in the book, I had been truly surprised by it. I didn`t know the cause of my bad breath. Using this method helped me realize not only the cause of my disorder, but its solution also. My breath was really improved right after following every thing in this guide. .

off do you have acids reflux ? Or post nasal drip?or allergies go to the Doctor and check if you have any of these problems cause they all causes bad breath .i have had bad breath for 8 years and I recently discovered it was caused by these .first off for the post nasal drip I use xclear regular and there is the max I haven’t used as yet .secondly try Tung gel and brush but be gentle with the brush .these has cut down on my bad breath and I have just started using them in a week .if you have acid reflux there is this all natural product from Dr. Gundry called reds .you are suppose to use it 1 time before meal but I use it twice I just use half a scoop each time.also drink more hot drinks .stay away from milk products cause it always makes the tongue white and the bacteria sticks to it

This was great, I have been researching "homemade gargle for bad breath" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Honulian Wiffy Remover - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 got great success with it.

OMGoodness, thanks for this . I have bad post nasal drip and the build up on my tongue was awful. Well I had tonsil stones and I got tonsillectomy surgery . A big difference.. But it didn’t cure the sinus breath all the way .. I use the nose rinse and a tongue scrapper .. And also I keep gum in my mouth I’m so self conscious. People say I smell minty . LOL! Yes it’s my gum I keep in the corner of my mouth on bad days 🤦🏾‍♀️... It’s all about my sinus , if they’re clear I am good . But when they aren’t chiiiile 🤦🏾‍♀️. You are awesome for sharing . I’ll try this mouth rinse for my bad days . I think I just need a new nose 👃🏽! And people won’t tell you . I’ve smelled people’s breath in my face and I don’t have the nerve to tell them . This video was so helpful & informative for me, I too suffer from this issue & get pretty embarrassed from time to time..I feel like I have been trying almost everything to better it, but haven't had the best luck. This video though did help to touch on some tips that could be causing my bad breath such as Post Nasal Drip. I believe that I suffer from this as I have very bad allergies. Gargle salty water too. I started taking honey too a spoonful each day at night because it is antiobiotic. Raw onions and garlic kill bacteria too if you of you can handle them. I add essential oil to water and gargle or salt. Use a saline drop too and take allergy pills if your nose is extra runny

1. go to the dentist; 2. go to the doctor= find out what's going on inside. 3. diet = you will have to change your diet; that's the main one. 4. buy proper materials= floss, toothbrush, natural mouthwash (lemon juice, baking soda, warm water)/(epsom salt and warm water), (apple cider vinegar with warm water added). 5. Oxygen - get some fresh air/vitamin D. 6. Exercise/play sports. 7. Don't stress/No anxiety -nervous people tend to develop foul odor all over and i don't know why. 8. Detox your whole body every 2 weeks or every month if you can.

I used it yesterday for very first time..and tbh this is the only mouth wash that really helped me . I love this product. This is life changing product ❤️

Just started using the oral rinse. Hopefully it does work. I eat ice cream, cheese , and butter a lot. Smh, I also have bad allergies. Hopefully I get everything under control. Because like you imma people person as well. And that breath make me wanna stay out of folk way lately.

@@iamyouare2132 . Never worked for me I discovered i had acid reflux I found that probiotics and sauerkraut along with activated charcoal after meals worked for me.Most of the time it depends on what causing the odor sometimes if you have a bad kidney or bad liver ,sometimes that’s a problem too!

Wow, that was brave but oh so true. I suffer with sinus infection and allergies all year long and the drainage is awful. I'd like to add that it is important to make sure you eliminate often also because we may swollen some of the drainage and a sluggish gut also contributes to bad breath. Wonderful tip!👏

Thanks again for your bravery.If you use so many products for the same thing how do you know which products are really working unless you use one at a time for a certain period of time before you add a new one? I'm more concerned about what can help with the sinus drainage dry mouth and dry nose and natural remedies apart from what I'm doing. I do notice that if I slip up and have some dairy in a snack or something it does get worse with the dairy and sugar causing sinus mucus. Very bad allergies year round. Gonna research more. I think my issue has been sticking with something long enough to see if it works. I'll be wanting something to work in a few days LOL or I stopped using it

Thanks a lot for your reply and your right. I was thinking all those products can get expensive. I know I need to try one product at a time to see what level of improvement.then add another one and so on .I feel like I drink so much water everyday cuz I mostly drink water sometimes I may put lemons in it. It has me going to bathroom a lot. I still feel dehydrated. Maybe I should try an app. I was just thinking about using tea tree oil but may wait to holes closed in gums. I guess it's taking longer cuz of the dry socket I had. This.is the 1st time.its taken this long. God bless you.

This terrible breath treatment method BadBreathRemedy22.blogspot.com worked for my hubby. He always fill his wallet with breath mint candies as well as gums. As he chews gum and suck on mints it appears to only work at that time. He needed something to work for hours at a time. I suffered from tonsil stones and I had them removed in 2014 found this product not long after that. I just started using this product consistently because for some years I was embarrassed to use it because of the name but I think bad breath is more embarrassing.

I have some sort of dry mouth which makes my tongue look slightly yellow when I wake up and even just few minutes after I eat. I brush my tongue and scrape it but it comes back. I hope this works

I think mine is coxbof allergy chaaaiii can't even smell my sweat n fail to vomit and always my throat is full of mucus and tonsils stones I pray all this ends im very social but this my mouth odour let me down big time

I started using this oral rinse a few days ago and it seems to work wonders almost immediately! The only thing is, everything tastes fine afterwards apart from water. I find that ALL water I drink tastes bitter even if I spend the day without using the rinse - which is annoying bc I drink a lot of water typically but now the taste is off putting 😝 any suggestions for this at all?😅

Hello i maybe late but can you help me? it's been years since i suffered from halitosis and it's really severe. I don't know where do this bad breath come from olease help me 😭

Therabreath is great, I watched this months ago and bought the mints, spray, oral wash, nasal drops and toothpaste...they work great but does not cover the root cause..I have silent reflux and I have to first treat my gut using detox, prebiotic, probiotics, chlorophyll, betaine and a few other supplements..I still use Therabreath but that is just to help, supplements are helping more so at this point along with inner leaf aloe vera

I just found it....in London you can find in Boots.....was even on sale ...this product.... Expensive,but all the reviews from a customers are very positive ,so.... I will give it a try....it was in two different colours...the green(the lady show in the video) and a blue bottle-----ice mint....
