Eh, I guess people were expecting it to be more like the Highway 35 series of movies, that never got a conclusion. It has more to do with racing than the Fast and Furious series has recently.

​@@NovaLight1990Influences, yes, impact, not so much, unlike in Highway 35 they didn't lose s racer, Kadin, who was converted into a mockery of himself by the racing drones, and one of the Wylde brothers had his arm replaced and his car dismantled, becoming the first victim of the Sweepers. The drones also tried to kill Vert when he won the races the aliens prepared.

I been rewatching the series, and yeah aside from a few things as an adult you realize get repetitive about saturday morning cartoon shows, it's fun to just put it on in the background while drawing. Sage's species and the Diads also bear a striking resemblence to champions onlines "Socrates" AI which came out the same year as the show.

I honestly love this show, got introduced to it a few weeks ago by a good friend, now I'm totally sucked into the fandom. BF5 is my #1 favorite compared to Accelracers, but they all have their speciality that makes them so great.

Well, don't worry, Battle Force 5, World Race, and Acceleracers aren't connected but they all have Vert Wheeler.

@@griffingower1883 Acceleracers is a sequel to World Race. Battle Force 5 is the only one that's actually unrelated. But Acceleracers was still the best of them.

I really love how you edited in the timings with the short versions of the intro of both seasons. Great work!

2:51 is a freaking masterpiece...That instrumental always stayed with me fireeee!!!

Fun Fact; Dan Wheldon guest stared as himself in one of the second season episodes. And the finale movie released in latin America was dedicated to him

I remember watching this show on Cartoon Network and this show was fantastic and so underrated and I remember I had McDonald’s toys of hot wheels battle force 5 when I was a kid

@@SoaringFox16 well just a question did u ever used the site specifically made for the battle force 5 there were all the episodes in order over there games, even a simulation for all the fusion that happened in the series sadly it got shut down 7 years ago 😔

Battle Force 5 was my childhood, amazingly animated, great display of vehicle combat, great characters (my favorites were always vert and stanford), and compelling story, even when some episodes don't contribute to the story at all

I remember seeing the Finale as a kid. SPOILER ALERT I thought it was hilarious that the Martial Arts Master was completely wiping the floor with the Red Sentinel Master and Agura was like "He's got this"

True, if Acceleracer fans aren't too toxic and hardened, I probably would have been more interested in Acceleracer, but of course, like any fandom, they will always have hardened fans that are too insecure, loud, to the point that they treat their opinion as facts

This is so awesome, I loved Battle Force 5 as a kid, this brings back so many memories. This is a great take on the theme song. My favorite part of the video is at around 2:30, when you put in those epic new lyrics, they not only sound good as lyrics in general, but they sound like they were actually made by the show itself, they really fit it. Anyway, this comment is going on too long, but you should make more of these for Hot Wheels, I'm sure people would really love them. Good day, my friend.

Ah, the old memories... Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue whether this series was good or not. I was too young to judge. I just know that I loved it. And the song is still pretty damn cool!

BF5 is so underrated! I wish more people could appreciate it more! It deserves better!

To be fair, Acceleracers and the Highway 35 movie despite never having a conclusive ending was hard to top, it made it appear that the stakes were higher than what came after because they looked like they were driving to survive there. One of the racers had an arm and a leg replaced by those of a racing drone (evil robots) and another, Kadin, was lost in the Highway 35, just to reappear almost completely converted into a racing drone.

Luis Games 215 Even Team Hotwheels has been dropped (after a terribly executed/unnecessary reboot) Pretty much all they do is cameo in other racing games. Makes me wonder if the recent decline in arcade racing has affected this.

The only way aside from buying season 2 digitally is to enhance DVD footage (Which is what Valken did for this video). Note that digital releases contain DRM and copyright protection so you're more limited in terms of content creation.
