Bivol, like ward, has the ability to nullify the opponent's good sides and make them look ordinary. Zurdo looked impressive at lhw and his resume is pretty good, but Bivol managed to make him look ordinary.

Kudos to Dmitry, a masterful display of sweet science. I do favor the boxer with more tools but Beterbiev is just... Bivol-Beterbiev is a legit 50/50 fight and should be as good or could be even better than another legendary fight in making - e.g., Crawford-Spence

I've played guitar and piano for 30 years and I don't believe it comes down to hard or easy paths . Bivol actually reminds me of Calzaghe a bit. Not a huge puncher but has those slashing shots to keep the opponent's honest. Great movement in and out. Responsible defence and comfortable up close when he wants to be

I was thinking the same thing before he fought Canelo, Eddie didn't know what super star Bivol is. I always new Bivol would beat Canelo, and made a nice bet. 😁

I really admire and enjoy watching bivol fight but I believe a fully fit beterbiev would be too much for him . I think he'd slow him down with body work and then start to cut the ring off . For me it's 60 / 40 in favour of beterbiev

I really do believe this kid career is over before it started, Casual fans were so disappointed with his performance and so was I even though I just went to watch with friends and knew bivol was complete fighter before hand and obvious favorite heading into the fight. A flicking jab and being the bigger guy circling the ring, never even pressing forward until the last 2 rounds. What a disappointment performance. Canelo did way better job.
