Jordan Gill, like Leigh Wood, has had such a fantastic career now. These two fellas have given us countless dramatic nights - heck look at both of their stoppages last year (Guerfi and Conlan). These two lads are everything that a boxer should be - humble, hard-working, honest and determined. Imagine if both listened to the haters..and I think people really need to start listening to what Leigh Wood and Ben Davison say!

There is no denying Mick's talent but the pro game just didn't go the way so many of us hoped.. He does himself no favours by constantly playing the anti English card and I'm a proud Irishman but that ship has well sailed.. Cingrats to Jordan hope Mick hangs up the gloves and does well in his promotion 👍☘☘☘

Well chuffed for Gill. Shame if Conlan retires tho. You can still see he’s levels above most when it comes to skill. Even Gill. But he can’t help but stand and trade. N he’s defo lost that punch resistance. If he had the mentality to stay away and box he’d be a world champion oready. Never say never. Would still like to see him win a world title. But I bet he’ll call it a day

Well said mate seeing too many hate comments on conlon recently but this is spot on ! I think after that wood fight conlon started believing he had the power an started trying too be more exciting and look what it’s done with him conlon was always winning when he was making it boring schooling them but you can definitely tell his punch resistance is away sad too see hopefully he can come back tho an become world champion

His punch resistance is gone but also he doesn't really have the pop to keep these hard punching guys away from him

Conlan's a talented boxer but he lets his ego get involved infront of the home fans and thinks he can trade with guys who have power and better chins than him. If he boxes to instructions like the Leigh Wood fight there's always a chance he could win a belt but he's better boxer at 122/126 imo
