I watch alot of fighter training so many if these new age fighters dont want any contact sparring and do alot of weird exercises but i like this its honest hard work directly related to Clinching wrestling, striking and conditioning youll need in a hard fight

0:05 Amazing. Tremendous core strengths. Would take lots and lots of training to be able to do that. I've seen others only use their knees and not even go down that low to the ground.

I don't think he fights in mma? 🤔 You can't have a hips forward MT stance when grappling is involved. It's too easy to double leg the opponent to the ground imo.

no he really don't....he is a muay thai fighter and you can see in this video how much brutal he can be. If you want to be a great fighter u don't need a bodybuilding training. Besides he has such a beautiful body ( much more than a man who spends his time only lifting weight without being able to throw a punch).
