Even if they don't have other responsibilities why is it shunned upon to be a slow learner. What matters is eventually she cracked. It is irrelevant whether she did it slow or fast. Unless the questionnaire was trying to test her emotional resilience, this question is downright degrading and condescending to that candidate.

@@HACEk336 after a bady both father and mother equally take care of the baby. Both have sleepless nights, if the mother's responsibility increases to take care of the child to feed it, then men's responsibly too increases to take care of both his wife and child and make the family free from financial worries. @@keshavswami8106 I am not talking about her.( Women in video ). We can all see The women in the video is high valued and self confidence. I am taking about women in general who just don't want to do anything but just sitting at homes always keep playing victim cards that because of marriage if don't achieve this, do that. And sadly mostly women i meet in my life (I am 30) were like that. I also personally tried helping a few in achieving their small dreams but they just keep back stepping again and again not ready to get out of their comfort zone. I just realised that they actually don't want to do anything, they in real haven't ever dreamt or even though to achieve anything, not ready to do any work or get out of their comfort zone, but just need everything already achieved in a plate to their bed and just keep on playing victim cards in the race of fake feminism and just keep crying equality equality. They just don't want to even move and only cry. ( I learnt this after the backstabbing incidents and after taking to their parents and near ones) and i figured out that every women like these have some traits in common and anybody in the world could not help them. And now sadly i have totally lost every faith in this gender and now I am back to my normal life but everytime I see anyone with these traits and using fake feminism victim cards, I just lose my control and blast with anger. And also sorry if was rude with you, I donot meant that.🙃😐😶‍🌫️

She is not a slow learner. If you knew the exam pattern you would know the exam pattern changed twice in between. People who were in their 3-5 th attempts were majorly hit as they had a specific preparation in mind. But they had to completely revise that to suit the new examination needs. Iss par bahut dharne bhi hue the ki aap suddenly ye change kaise implement kar saktw ho. But keeping in mind the large number of applicants, the UPSC had to do that to weed out most of the candidates in first paper itself.
