I started player career with Messi, retired him immediately and used him as coach.. that first season in transfer window i found his Regen on Sevilla as a 81 rated 17yr old!!!!!

Zlatan's Regen and the actual Zlatan's stats have been flipped pretty much. For me he was 86 Pace and 63 finishing. So had to play him at LW

Zlatan is a striker, the regen strikers are better as wingers. RW and RM produces better strikers.

I retired my player from Man U in year 8/9 and found my own regen & signed him two years later to Norwich once I realized there’s was some canadian striker killing it in the PL. I had no idea that you could have a regen on this game too!

I just did this today with mine and was thinking that’s what may have happened and then I find your comment. I created me and my four brothers and imported the roster with the created players and then retired my player to coach national team and found my replacement was some 88 ovr 19 yr old kid lmao

Wish they'd allow (on consoles) us to edit the body shape, hair, height, skin tone etc for Regens and academy scouted players.

In my main CM the Sergio Ramos regen reached 85 rated by the end of his second season. The Salvatore Sirigu regen is a decent keeper too. I've got the Cristiano Ronaldo regen too but he's not developing as fast as I thought he would. Trying to get a squad full of regens and youth academy players so always on the look out for a decent regen.

Emi Martinez has been amazing this season but I hope Michael hiller joins us one day 😂

You missed out on one of the easiest ones to find. Franck Ribery always retires at the end of season 1. French CF in Italy is always super simple to locate.

Would be an interesting video. But sadly the chances of getting a ReGen or YA player with a Trait is extremely rare, therefore would be almost impossible to record.

Ibra is definitely retired in mine, but cannot find his regen. Tried signing all young swedish strikers i could find, none match his DOB. Do all regens have a generated face or can their profile pic be blank/greyed out? Also what age do they regen at, is it 16 or a range of ages?

You have to wait till Messi it says Messi is retiring at end of season (keep him in transfer hub) once it says it when the next season starts search for a 16-20 Argentine rw who plays in wtv league Messi played last. If Messi was a free Agent search free agents. Same thing goes for any player retiring.

I’ve a question mate, Let’s say I wanted to get a youth player from Gabon or Bosnia or just somewhere that’s not a scoutable country for youth academy players, could I go to the edit player section in the main menu, find let’s say, a player from Gabon who’s going to most likely retire early in the career modes life cycle, and edited his stats to make him let’s say 90 overall. If I started a career mode save and waited until he retired to get his regen, would the regens potential be based on the new high overall of the player I edited, or would it be based on his base potential originally in the game? Cheers mate sorry if I’ve made it sound more complicated than needed

Those regens just seem to grow a bit too quick for my liking as it’s very common that they’ll spawn into the game with high 70s if not low 80 overalls which isn’t really a goer when your building a league 2 side if you get me

They all have PTBS. But you can loan out or not play them regularly and the potential status can drop. Done it twice with my created Moukoko.

REGENS are simple to understand. Been in the game for as long as I’ve had FCG on Twitter (FIFA15)

Just look at the base stats when searching, if they’re mainly green, sign them up. Naughty tip, Save prior, so if they’re crap, reload and don’t bother 🤣

I had iniesta in my team and after he retired I’ve been try to find his regen but can’t find him in my league or in free agents.. could it be that his regen isn’t appearing because he retired in my team

@@nissejohansson4924 yes, all players get regens. Maybe it’s a weird system that they have so when you load in career mode, legit, no player gets deleted and only players that get added in career mode is youth academy regens
