Fiber cement board/calcium silicate board process introduction
1、Raw materials such as cement, quartz sand and paper pulp are prepared and stirred, and transported to the pulping machine for mixing by measurement.
2、The mixing slurry is transported by a quantitative pump to the plate, and the fiber cement plate or calcium silicate plate is started.
3、The slurry is transported to the slurry box in the board making machine, and the slurry is evenly discharged by the cloth in the form of thin material layer with water.
4、After vacuum dehydration, wrap round by round on the forming cylinder, cut off with the cutter after the set thickness, and transfer to the belt with embryo.
5、Longitudinally-cut both sides of the embryo plate with water knife on the embryo belt, cut flat, and cut at a fixed width.
6、Longitudinal cutting reaches the transverse cutter and stacker.
7、After the stacking is completed, the production of high-density plates is transferred to the press for pressure.
8、After the pressurization is completed, it is transported to the pre-curing room for pre-curing.
9、After the pre-curing is completed, it is transferred to the stripper, and the backing plate of the plate is removed and used in the stacker of the plate machine. Stack board and steam rack.
10、After the stripping and stacking is completed, the conveyor car is sent to the steaming axe for steaming.
11、After steaming is completed, it is sent to the palletizer, and the finished product is packed after palletizing is completed.
