I need your advice. Which 50W fiber laser is better for cutting and engraving silver sheets: JPT or Raycus, or is there no significant difference for silver? Also, what lenses are preferable: a 110 x 110 mm lens or a lens with a smaller working area? Thanks for your answer.

Hi, sorry for just saw your comments, you can use 100x100mm lens, 70x70mm also is fine. For cutting, silver, no significant difference between Raycus or JPT. When laser source has problem, JPT brand has monitor software and we can confirm if that is laser source problem.
What parameters did you use for 50W Raycus cleaning and cutting?

If same power, you need to change the laser source. If power is different, you need to check power supply also.

What lens do you use on the cutting machine? I have the 300x300 and it doesn't cut.

Im new to this so one question, if a want to cut a thickness of 2.0 mm of silver, i need a more powerfull laser or the same one but more time to cut the piece??? Also can i cut gold on this machine?

2mm is a little hard to cut by fiber laser. Laser has focus depth, if material is 2mm, the cutting edge is not straight. I can explain to you if you message me on WhatsApp:008615990901252
How much time did it take and did it need any post processing (cleaning, deburring, etc)?

@@endred.1600 cutting P98 S 200, wobble 0.2x0.02; cleaning Hatch 0.05, power 20, speed 1000, cancel wobble when you cleaning it.
