Sorry Mike had to give this one a thumbs down for the first time ever. I have been follow you for over 12 months with great joy and interest. All I can think is that the wiring looks a little on the thin and long side for the kind of current between those batteries, the inverter and the bus bars. For my own 2x100ah, I was on 75mm2 wiring between batteries. These look 25mm2 at best so there'll be a lot of heat when that is pulling amps.
