Fiat 500e 2022 Review - The iconic classic now a modern EV
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Originally we had no intention of reviewing the new Fiat 500e, as we'd imagined it might be too niche for a lot of people.
But that all changed when one arrived on the forecourt and instantly generated a lot of attention and hype from the Drive Green team.
It’s simply stunning from every angle, managing to look modern and retro all at the same time. But what’s it like to drive and own?
Our founder Richard Norris reviews this timeless classic, reimagined as a modern EV.
Now available to view on the forecourt.
Please call to book an appointment to view and test drive this great Electric Car.

“It’s a bit like squeezing a sausage into a matchbox” That had me chuckling real good.
I bought the 42KWh Passion model last December in rose gold with the 16 inch graphite alloys and have been highly impressed, particularly with build quality. I now only drive it in one-pedal range mode which will cover between 150 to 190 miles with a light foot. I like everything about this car and your review mirrors my own experiences over 8 months.
I have had my Icon for almost 3 weeks and am loving it! Defo exceeded my expectations. I am loving the one-pedal driving in Range mode. Thanks for a great review.
Great review, I love my 500 Passion. Range mode is great in towns and traffic jams, no need to switch between pedals.

It’s a brilliant car!
It was exhibited at the New York auto show as a feeler for bringing it to the US. IMO the biggest obstacle has been that the Fiat-Alfa dealer network is fading fast. That being said the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram one really needs an EV to sell.
We are pickung our La Prima 3+1 up on Wednesday. Sooo excited 💖😊!!!

Lucky you! 🥰
Please bring it back to California!!! 2023!! I’ll buy one Forsure, upgrade my old one :)
It's $58,,000 In Australia not really cheap.
I picked out the La Prima 3+1 online that I want to replace my 2012 Fiat 500, if I could get it here in the US! Is it possible to import one?
The thing with the small space for his legs, i think is only a problem for the UK models, because i have no issues with it!.. :) im a dane that owns one, and we drive left hand cars, like most of other european countryes... :)
Looks a great more affordable city car option!

Just like the ICE counterpart. We are shocked it isn’t more popular.
The back seat legroom is not good for tall people.. Short people will fit perfect.
Rear parking sensors? Really? In a car this small, I should think parking would be a breeze.
Not for but I can see why people like it.

That’s fair 🙂
I bought a La Prima in June 2021 and overall its ok for going to the shops or the beach or picking up the grandkids from school but that's about the end of it. Whilst it looks cute and drives nicely, there are some serous flaws. Firstly the range is well short of that claimed by Fiat. This is borne out by your video at 5:29 which shows 125 miles with 85% which is equivalent to 147 miles which is exactly what the car does - not the 199 that Fiat claim. Also the software is rubbish, again as can be seen from your video at 5:29 where it shows a speed limit of 31 mph - again nonsense. Overall this is a an ok EV for someone who is not very particular and will not put significant demands on it. I also have an Hyundai Ioniq 5 which uses just the same amount of electricity as the Fiat 500 even though its much larger and shows what can really be done with an EV. Maybe Fiats next car will be better......
