Depends on the model. I had the 500 Sport and it didn't have this. (It had different seats to this one. Do you know about the other one within the parcel shelf?

Nope, not all models have that seat. I have the 2013 fiat 500 Pop/sport USA edition and no under seat compartment for either seat. My skepticism stopped me from getting excited but that seat option is pretty sweet.

Yes you should have both also one in the glove compartment at the top

There is also another one in the glove compartment , up in the top of the glove compartment I think the 2011 does have it as I have had 3 of these cars and they all had it

Not in the Sport model, they have upgraded seats.

Did not work in my American 2012 sport 500

Sadly I dont think the 2013 fiat 500 has that.
