Neil Asc ,l'auto perfetta era proprio la 125 S . Elegante,sobria,spaziosa,silenziosa, tenuta di strada e frenata da primato !!! La mia era esattamente come quella del filmato !!!! La Fiat la tolse dal mercato troppo presto,andava troppo bene !!!!!

I will never forget the first time I drove a FIAT 125. It was a rocket-ship. Very fond memories of Beirut where this car was one of the most popular vehicles during that era (early 1970's).

I had one back in my teen years. Loved the engine crackle. OHC, disc brakes, nice interior. handled well. We also made a NZ only 125T version, hot stuff, I wanted but never got.

Wow, that is beautiful. We used to have this model when I was kid. Probably until the mid 80`s.

Very nice. The condition is perfect. Back when i was still a kid, my late Dad used to had a few models. 124, 125 and later 132.

I had the 131 2 lirte twin cam on a w plate

Mi papa had a yellow 125 Special with a 5 speed transmission. The owner of Vimsa in Nicaragua, delivered it to him personally. Mi papa loved his Fiat, after having a Simca station wagon. I miss both now!!! Beautiful car! Take care of it and thanks for bringing back good memories.

Diese Farbe gab es bei Fiat nicht

An diesen Fahrzeugen habe ich im fernem Jahr 1972 meinen Beruf erlernt.Technisch war das Auto ein absoluter Hammer.Zwei obenliegende Nockenwellen,Zahnriemen Antrieb, (Heute Motorsteuerriemen),Tasenstössel,Ventile in V-Form im Alu-Zylinderkopf,fünfgang Getriebe und ein schöner Weber-Registervergaser.Kein anderer deutscher oder europäischer Hersteller konnte den Italienern technisch das Wasser reichen.Einzig versuchte es der 2er BMW der aber auch nicht an den 124 Sport und 125 Spezial nicht herankam.

Che meraviglia. Eravamo tutto quello che gli altri sognavano. Quando l Italia era Italia. 🙏🙏🙏🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🙏🙏🙏

Saludos, no sabe cuiánto he buscado para poder tener acceso a información y otros de Fiat. Mi nombre es Mayito. Mi papá compró un Fiat125p desde hace ya 25 años. Vivimos en Cuba y deseamos tener acceso a refracciones de modo que podamos arreglarlo. En nuestro país los autos deben ser vitalicios por lo que debemos cuidarlos sobremanera y rescatarlos todo cuanto se pueda, este es mi caso, ya mi papá no puede hacerse cargo de él y me encuentro yo en esta faena. Le agradecería que me ayudara con información o cualquier otra cosa. Es cierto que podemos venderlo y tratar de comprar otro pero estamos enamorados de nuestro auto y no lo vendemos por nada del mundo. Le solicito encarecidamente ayuda. Muchas gracias.

Tuve un 76.. Hermoso auto. Bien balanceado y la "musica" del bialbero era como un cuarteto de cuerdas...

The last great Fiat. My dad had one and he loved it. He later bought a Lada thinking it would be the same. You don't need me to say it wasn't

@@HesseJamez FIAT 124 and 125 are different cars. 124 was made in Russia as ZHIGULI for domestic and LADA for foreign markets, also in SEAT Spain, while 125 was made in Poland under the name of Polski FIAT (FIAT from Poland) PZ 1300 and P 1500 from 1975.

An extremely durable and very underestimated really solid fun drivers car - really sporty and one of the finest of the period.

What a great video. I was brought up in four 125's, one Berlina and 3 Special's. Two of them in this olive green! What great memories. None of the kids in my class had 100hp cars back home... :) I even bought a mint 125 Special 1972 in 2011, olive green too. But the garage burned down in 2014 and now it's gone.

My father had one of these a 1971, 125 Special in Sydney Australia, bought new. I knew it well as I had to wash it every weekend as a child. Dad loved his Fiats, and the 'Special' was his favourite even in later years when he bought a 132.

So did I, 1608 twin cam in a straight it could give a Lotus Cortina a run for it's money, handling was average as the back axle needed a panhard rod for better location same as the Fiat 124.

Living in a dry, Middle East country, my father had a white 125S series 1 for a couple of years around 1970-71, it was probably a '68 or '69 model that was originally a company car. I seem to remember the interior as being brown leatherette, but not quite sure. It was fast, a little gem of a car, but was little used and ended being sold. Naturally there was no rust whatsoever on the car, and through some miracle it could even still survive.

Mein Vater fuhr genau solchen,auch im gleichen grün! Tolle Erinnerungen an meine Kindheit! Autos bauen konnten die Italiener,Rostvorsorge war zur damaligen Zeit,Anfang der 70er aber Leider nicht so ihr Ding! Fehlende Hohlraumkonservierung und dünner Lackaufbau machten diesen schönen Autos schnell den Garaus!Waren halt für den Süden gebaut und nicht für unsere damaligen Winter mit viel Nässe und Streusalz,trotzdem schön,sowas mal wieder zu sehen,da werden halt Erinnerungen wach!

😍😍 che bellissima FIAT 125 che belli ricordi da ragazzino sogniava sempre quanto sono grande me la comprero 😴😴...e rimasto un bello sogno......

I learned to drive in one of these. A 1969 model OET 206H, same colour, standard wheels, brown leatherette interior and no aircon. Fantastic fast car. Way ahead for it s time and years ahead of the cortina, marina and cavalier.

Come on no way you should put a marina and cavalier in the class of a cortina. Yes the 125 was a nice and fast car. No other car had the sound that the fiat had, just by sound you could tell when one is coming

A flashback to the days when Fiat built good cars. Yes they rusted quickly, but back then most cars did, even Toyotas fell apart after 3 years.

Our family car 1976 - 78. 1969 'H' plate. In this exact ( and best) colour, but with the 'wood' effect dashboard. A classic.

What a great specimen... I owned the exact car in 1987 to 1989. Mine was dark blue... What a magic car that was....

The car is so cool, and the video itself is so cool. The angles, background, background music, and even the speed at which the camera moves are well matched, which is really cool. I was amazed.

Wow danke das ich den nochmal sehen darf. Habe ich sogar noch eigene Bilder von in blau, so einen hatte mein Vater als ich ein kleiner Rotzer war, bevor er Mercedes entdeckte. Ich liebte Fiat, dieses Auto (125) färbte auf mich ab, startete mein Automobiles Lebens viel später mit einem 127er das war echte Liebe :)
