@@JohnWick-rh1zz this is mostly false. They've had many JP players complain on Twitter when they've had dead weeks for long periods of time last year. They don't just keel over and accept it anymore since the downtime has been such a big issue that even they notice/complain.

Lasengle wants it's players to experience FGO the same way ORT does: Long periods of torpor followed by short periods of sudden, shocking violence.

Yeah, at this point with them you don't put expectations. Makes the disappointment all the less painful

Weirdly enough the fact that FGO has "dead" periods is why I've been able to keep playing it. A lot of gacha games end up feeling like a 2nd job but FGO feels way more concience of my time.

yes, tho the problem comed with the community ofc, people out here really glued their faces to fgo 24/7 to the point they be complaining of just a week of no content and these are the same people who will come back just because they see waifu and 100% forgets they shitted on the game before that 😅 fgo community is really bipolar in a sense it's crazy.

@@user-kj5dj1wm1d Thats not true at all, Many and I mean Many ppl have left the game both JP and esp NA, they have moved on to China trash and UMA. FGO has dropped in top grossing for years now and really only spike at Summer. Its why they are getting so heavily coitized and all they need to do is bring back reruns to fix it..... its the perfect stop gap as ppl who don't want to can skip and ppl that want something or were busy can redo it and we get rewards... but no they needed the time for all that NEW content....... so ppl left..

@@flareless6713 No idea why you're trying to prop up Uma when it's lost 50% of it's revenue the last two years compared to when it came out. Uma 2021 = 100 billion, 2022 = 66 billion, 2023 = 47 billion, 2024 = 7.9 billion FGO 2021 = 45 billion, 2022 = 54 billion, 2023 = 43 billion, 2024 = 7.2 billion FGO USA has never done better in revenue.

​@@flareless6713still doing ok when it dropped off 90%? FGO is one of the most consistent gacha games, it came oit in 2015 and is still doing really well compared to the competition. Most people don't care about 'dead weeks' or whatever because they have other games/hobbies and only the people who bother to watch a FGO specific YTer or forum are gonna complain about it

I just hope that if that "small indie company" cant squeeze out a 2 week event, can they at least give an interlude or strengthening quest?like anyone remember when is the last interlude?

why are you trying to blame lasengle for the lack of interludes, you do know who writes them yeah? Imagine trying to blame Lasengle for a lack of writing and not Type Moon when you have stuff like Meteo not writing an LN in 4 years and his anime project being vaporware (Girls Work with PA studios) for nearly a decade.

⁠@@ryanwest6035There are over a dozen writers who’ve done work for FGO. Meteo is the only inactive one. The creatives aren’t being given FGO work. All of the problems are coming from some out of touch manager brought on with the Lasengle downsizing.

@@ryanwest6035 maybe I worded it wrong but I blame both Type Moon and Lasengle.But seriously , the last interlude is in 2022, and now it has been 2 years since. I understand that some writers are busy, writing for events or other projects.Or like Meteo, currently inactive , but you know they invite guest writers right?This is not a good excuse for not writing interludes and seriously, one or two is enough for me. I just missed them.

When they say late March then just assume it's 31st March

Why would I keep an apps that took like 16+ gb of storage (combined) for something that I never use, I can go for PGR or any other game at that point. It's not like I wish the game to have unlimited event either, just don't keep making dead weeks over and over on both servers

Since it's an dead weak on both servers, i want to talk about the fact i only got at maximum so many valentine event CEs (i even got MLB on them) on the gacha alongside an NP3 atalanta, NP5 assassin of paraíso, NP3 Martha or simply in short i only gained 4 stars and not bazzett that for real is meh bcz idk what i do now Right now i am farming quartz for summer ibuki-douji banner bcz there is the either i win or i win situation, the reason being that summer erice does so much damage as an ST arts Avenger that feels like her NP causes more damage than Jalter and summer ibuki-douji gives more refound than my summer kama

I'm just disappointed that CBC might be costume+CEs again or at best we'll have a short 10 days event with a new male and final OC2 tease?..idk but the short period we have for it is kinda worrying

i already quit genshin, but cmon man... comparing fgo to genshin's consistency is like comparing an indie and AA studio game workforce. Yes genshin rewards sucks balls, but they are still the most consistent, and proficient devs in the industry rn. 4 weeks cycle of new areas, gameplay, enemies, lores and events? Genshin is a lot of things, but dead game? really?

Not sure if you've been more negative lately or if I didn't realize your demeanor until watching the Tier List collabs. Hope you're alright. I wouldn't spend money on FGO if I was so unenthused by rolling like you came off in this video.

maybe turn on your vpn first then load the game. after title screen (or sometimes took a day) you can turn off your vpn.

Personally, I am just happy that we get a new story. Always exciting in fgo. I am a bit sad that the first reaction we can see on internet when they announce something is always a rant of some sort, and not some show of excitement for what's next to come. Obviously, a dead month is always pretty disappointing, especially if they don't throw some qol updates or copium animation updates / interludes / rank up, but I can live with that if Ordeal Call is really good story and content wise.

Well considering they haven't brought a new servant in for it in years and it probably doesn't make them money for Male banners its easy for them to skip.... dumb but easier just to run old banners and not have to work on an event.

@@flareless6713 Oberon, Rasputin, Muramasa, Douman, etc make HUGE amounts of money. Izou was the MOST grailed Servant of the year he came out, more than any of the SSR girls. Male Servants routinely make it into the top 10 most popular Servants rankings. Also, Amakusa and Arthur were both originally released for CBC events.

Tho TBF V-Day and CBC don't make alot compared to Summer or New story..Just look at last years CBC and again what would be easier for them a new event or rerun banners... LS is lazy. to put into perspective how meaningless the whole boycott to condition lsg to do better argument is theres 2 main point 1. using pokemon as a reference assuming everyone on reddit and yt who said they were gonna boycott, boycotted the game back during gen 8 and now 9 it would ahve only been 25-33% of the fanbase and their income big but it aint mattering lol and even if it did matter to them the sad truth is the game isnt magically gonna imrpove if it drops player in a steady pace lol whats gonna happen is theyll introduce scummy new money making mechanic like mon thly pass, battle pass, mat shop taht needs money etc etc and a million other things before actually improving the actual game lmao and then ppl will complain because somehow their too short sighted and optimistic to realise this is the sad truth of the entire medium

Even as f2p who rarely rolls, the summon animations in fgo are so boring I've always double-tapped it at least, or hyper when I go past np1.
