Miyuverse is heading on that direction. Explained that world is in a state similar to Notes, albeit way too early to happened. The planet is having a depletion of magical energy, dead zones are appearing almost everywhere - this are thought out to be Grain/Ether that is toxic to modern humans.

Tbh the Prisma Ilya author clearly plays FGO and puts concepts from it in the manga like the Lostbelts, so lowkey he could for sure do this if he thought it'd be cool lmao

If ORT did become active in Prillya, they literally have nothing that can stop it. Not even Gil pulling out Ea would be enough; Miyu and Illya being Holy Grails would amount to absolutely nothing in the face of an Ultimate One even with the Kaleido Sticks considering that Zelretch went toe-to-toe with Type-Moon with the full power of the 2nd True Magic and still couldn't kill Brunstud, and was permanently crippled.

If we take into consideration that Gaia from Miyu's world is almost as dead as Gaia in Notes, that's not impossible to happen...

Yeah The author of Prisma Illya insert some references from Extra and Notes to his spin-off story. In Miyuverse, the World has experienced a shift in the axis of the planet and the start of the depletion of its Magical Energy. This world is similar to Notes. Much worse considering it's heading to an early impending catastrophic cataclysm than the future world of Notes that happened in the distant future. Which is why at the beginning, the Ainsworth family was going use the wish over the Holy Grail which is Miyu to evolved the modern humans into beings similar to the A-Rays and Ether Liners - the species that can survive on a world full of Grains - Ether, component of mana that is toxic to present humans. But the wish has change to a more darker purpose caused by Darius Ainsworth, the parasitic head of the family that abandoned the current world and wants to be destroyed and replaced by a whole new world developed within Pandora's box.
