I actually came across the Twitter account of the person who designed this. S-E got all the details of their designed correct and she was static over that.

My FC leader and great online friend gifted me the Stargazer deck for my birthday. Absolutely love it! With a little creativity, I was able to place the deck in the front of my small house yard. Now I can gaze at the stars and see the beach view with ease. :)

The three constellations on the pillows and the table and carpet are so sweet and heartwarming too because they are the constellations of Emet-Selch, Elidibus and Lahabrea

Nice, now I get the deck and able to save one item limit for the stairs, BIS deck.

My only issue with this is that it has no roof. Having cushions and books outside in the rain is not exactly a good thing^^

I think the cushions/bookcase getting wet in the rain is probably the only 'bad' part about this piece. I wonder if you can add some form of umbrella around it. Probably not, sadly, don't think any are tall enough, and it's rare you can actually stack one item on another without glitching it into place (may be worth the effort though). But as it stands, gonna have to figure out where to put it whenever I get around to getting one, 'cause I'm gonna have to do that.

I now have this deck and it's just amazing.

i got extremely lucky snagging this for just 100k a few days ago. I can only imagine the price of this thing skyrocketing o-o of course, 100k is still pretty expensive for a single item but its definitely worth it for this one!

I don’t think that deck will fit on small plots of land, will it? Especially with the new country walls and the house being place closer to the center of the plot rather than the side

Hello and great video as always. Quick question: can a player buy a home in any of the four(?) housing zones? Or, is it restricted to only where your FC has a housing area?

there are five housing zones! the goblet, mist, lavender beds, empyreum, and shirogane. private player housing isn't tied to your FC in any way. if your FC has a house in the goblet, you could still bid on plots in any of the other regions!

You can have like 5 "houses" so to speak: 1 FC House 2 Apartments (1 in a ward, 1 in FC house) 1 House (your own house) 1 Shared House (if a friend lets you be tenant)

And, though it is a bit of an ass move to do; This is per server. So if you have one character on say, Chaos - Omega and one on Chaos - Moogle, they can both own a house, FC house, etc. Though any character can own an apartment even if they're both on the same server. (so if you have 2 on Omega, both can own an apartment but only one can own a house) And then there is /technically/ also the Island Sanctuary which you unlock after Endwalker's MSQ. While not technically housing in the same sense as the actual house stuff, it is a private retreat where you can place housing items (albeit only outdoor housing items) and invite friends over

That is a big deck

This one is kind of frustrating for me personally as I absolutely love the item and thing they captured it perfectly... but it's just way too big. With my small sized house it's literally almost impossible to even find a place I CAN put it down in the yard, never mind a GOOD place to put it. Thankfully I didn't actually buy it or make it and just used the preview feature. The same problem exists with the new reflecting pool. Great item but only made for Large house plots. Now I don't think there's anything wrong with having the current (Big) version in the game as an option but I just wish they had also made a smaller version of it with less space/features that actually fit in a non large sized housing plot.
