Lol! It's the Hempen Camisse (Miqo Version), Eastern Lady's Errant Skirt, and then the sandals are from one of the summer events, and then a moogle hat ^_^ oh and the beast claws
timing of make it rain+genesis hunt is sneaky: the GATEs will count for genesis again and now you are even encouraged to do more of them to rake in MGP en masse embrace the gold saucer and stay a while...or longer :D
