    Thanks for making the videos so easy to understand, literally saving me so much time by keeping it simple and direct. A lot of people don't realize teaching is a skill in itself and if its done well the students learn best. You're an amazing teacher

    I'm glad you found my guide helpful! :D Thank you!, if you find some of my placements on my hotbars a bit strange, it is because I make use of an MMO mouse with a 12 button grid and use it mainly to reach the right half of the bars. But I hope that my hotbars still serve as good inspiration for your own setup! For the exact grid setup I use in case you are curious, I have: 0 = 1 on the mouse - = 2 on the mouse + = 3 on the mouse 7 = 4 on the mouse 8 = 5 on the mouse 9 = 6 on the mouse However, you could use your preferred keybinds that you have used for other jobs to make something that works just right for you I am sure! :D

    Pretty good video, I like how you went through each skill, and decluttered the rest. It made it easy to follow, without being too overwhelming. I just picked up Reaper as I wanted a melee dps. It seems straight forward, although I absolutely hate the whole positional thing in this game, yuck 🤢. The class looks visually stunning though.

    Oh my gosh this was so helpful. For the life of me I could not wrap my head around the relationship between blood stalk, gibbet/gallows, enhanced gibbet/gallows, and unleashed gibbet/gallows, this cleared it up. They really should have condensed unleashed gibbet/gallows into one skill and called it like, unleashed blood stalk, would have been much less confusing that way lol

    I wish damage dot/apply would be just a normal buff. having to apply it mid-combo sometimes can really drag your dps down

  • @CaetsuChaijiCh

    @CaetsuChaijiCh

    Жыл бұрын

    You mean with deaths design? I get what you mean, most other jobs receive their damage buff as a side product from a combo they would do anyway. The best way you can optimize this is to plan when you apply and extend the deaths design effect, so you do it when the loss is the smallest. The max level rotation actually incorporates deaths design applications as part of the process of leading into the two minute burst phases so that already helps a lot 😁

    Does RPR's Arcane Crest still offer the healing bonus to the party? I can't seem to find a tooltip that says it and I don't think I've ever seen the Returned buff icon. Not sure if I'm maybe just not timing things right.

  • @CaetsuChaijiCh

    @CaetsuChaijiCh

    4 ай бұрын

    The healing effect is added through a trait at level 84, so you'd need to be at least level 84 for the tooltip to mention it! It does heal for 50 potency every 3 seconds for 15 seconds! 😊

    The starter classes turn into specific jobs at level 30. All jobs added after a realm reborn start as jobs and simply require that you have any class or job at the level the job is unlocked at to get it 😊 To play reaper, you first need any job at level 70, and the endwalker expansion. However, if you specifically aim to play reaper, it is worthwhile to know that it wears the same kind of armor as dragoon, and uses strength as it's primary attribute, so playing any strength damage dealer job would be beneficial (monk, dragoon, samurai)
