few people know. why no welder talk about this secret
This is a square tube welding technique, especially how to weld thin square tubes, or how to weld thin iron using a combination of 75 amperes and 2.5 mm rods and also the correct thin iron welding technique can produce good welding.
Hopefully useful and don't forget to subscribe!!

These videos must drive professionals welders crazy!!!
I've watched a couple of these videos and I've yet to see this person actually carry an arc!!
Ang galing watching from pandi bulacan Philippines
I may be wrong as a novice welder, but I seem to remember the professional welders would only do something like this if you did not have a MIG welder or your stick welder, had a problem where the voltage cannot be turned down. I was never good personally on stick, welding and much better at MiG using inner shield wire .035 outdoors. My welds look like crap using a rebuilt Lincoln, but because it was on dump trucks and heavy duty equipment that didn’t matter on the cosmetics, I didn’t feel too bad, because my welds never broke. Can any professional, mobile welders Back up this method of stick welding with this spot weld pattern? I just don’t want to learn the wrong way.
Rất hay va y nghĩa cam ơn bạn
Sangat bermamfaat

Terima kasih ilmunya boss
thanks for sharing

Muito Linda sua solda. Eu estou nas retas finais do meu curso. Ainda Não peguei esse jeito de pontiamento. Mais vou praticar ainda essa semana.
Thank you brother for the video it will help me in my life good demonstrations👍🙏🇵🇫 Polynesian TAHITI
Wow so good 👍
Very good
thank you.
The trouble is you're going to have lots of slag inclusions in the bead which seriously affects the strength of the weld.
also you should stop a little longer times to make sure the metal molecules in the weld are not heating excessively turning in to glass like brittle structures.
Nyimak belajar mas Bro...ngelasnya mantab..👍
Tebal pipa berapa mm & pake kawat brp mm & mesin brp ampere

Very nice welds and you had patience for the thin metal to cool down.

catch the bird that did this. . . i bet it's a pigeon !
muito bom
Why don't you explain the method of welding iron from milli, two millimeter, and three millimeter, and the method of light welding of iron, and thank you
people dont understand the heat within the metal bonding etc needs to be controlled, and this is what the taking time stopping and starting small increments is doing.
I use 3 electrodes to make the last weld ! I fail the first time. I grind, weld, grind again, weld... until a continuous weld comes out.
Wow... !!! My best friend, Loved this video. Looking forward to see more. Awesome... Full watched.
Sangat membantu
What kind of rod are you using
Es lo primero que enseñan..
Super Arbeit👍👍👍DANKE
As long as the weld is strong it's good welding.
Awesome
The real reason why no welder talk about this secret, is because no real welder would weld like this & would also remove all the mill scale from the steel with a grinder before welding & not just give it a quick wire brush before welding. Also a real welder would either mig or tig thin steel

that's why real welder can't weld on real world (outside welding school / industrial environment / without proper tools) 😁

No offense. There is very little scale on square tube. Oil yes. Scale No. And as a real welder, bull crap. There's no reason to do anything other than weld it up. You're not dealing with certification for bridge work or working with mild mill sheet. Not even if it was holding liquid or fuel. Now usually 1in and up. Maybe you, might. . But generally at that thickness, you're welding multiple passes so it burns out, 🔥 little more glass to fall off but no big deal. You must have went to school to learn how to weld? Worst cases are thosepeople. . Always have to untrain em and start over so they can actually compete in the industry. Impresing the teacher ended with the class.

@@mbahismu4156 so you must be a ral welder then. Welds full of porosity and slag inclusions galore. I just weld on the weekends and when I have time of work I drive a truck away from home monday to friday. But do welding projects when I can and weld what ever steel I can get 10mm 1.2mm I'll weld it but never ever use tacks joined together and call it welding, its just tacks joined together more slag and porosity then actual fusion, but you stick with your real world welding and the actual welders will continue not talking about how to join tacks and call it welding.

Turn the freakin heat down. Spot welds are NOT the proper way. Absolutely not

Are you a welder every one knows to get a proper weld you turn up welder
@rediron44
@@williamodriscoll5206 been a certified welder for over 30 years. And your wrong. If your welder is too hot for the thickness of the steel, you can make it weaker. You obviously haven't been trained properly. The welder heat has to match the size of the material your welding

Turn your heat down and use a smaller rod like a 7018 3/32, it shouldn't be glowing red , cert.welder Ironworker Local 736 for 25yrs

First thing of all polarity should be dcen instead of dcep bcz of thin metal sheey
I mean, the fact that he's got the juice way too hot for that thickness of metal couldn't possibly be the issue. Don't do this. Set your welder correctly.

I did welding for many years using stick, mig and tig, but if l had done such a crappy welds like these, l am afraid l would have been fired.

i been welding for66 yrs and not one of ya'll have done anything i haven.t done years ago
You can't be serious. All of your welds have porosity. Some have slag inclusion. No weld should ever be done this way. You need a smaller diameter rod or a different process. Please don't tell people this is OK.

No real welder talks about this, because it is 1000% incorrect
