few people know. why no welder talk about this secret
This is a square tube welding technique, especially how to weld thin square tubes, or how to weld thin iron using a combination of 75 amperes and 2.5 mm rods and also the correct thin iron welding technique can produce good welding.
Hopefully useful and don't forget to subscribe!!

I may be wrong as a novice welder, but I seem to remember the professional welders would only do something like this if you did not have a MIG welder or your stick welder, had a problem where the voltage cannot be turned down. I was never good personally on stick, welding and much better at MiG using inner shield wire .035 outdoors. My welds look like crap using a rebuilt Lincoln, but because it was on dump trucks and heavy duty equipment that didn’t matter on the cosmetics, I didn’t feel too bad, because my welds never broke. Can any professional, mobile welders Back up this method of stick welding with this spot weld pattern? I just don’t want to learn the wrong way.

The real reason why no welder talk about this secret, is because no real welder would weld like this & would also remove all the mill scale from the steel with a grinder before welding & not just give it a quick wire brush before welding. Also a real welder would either mig or tig thin steel

No offense. There is very little scale on square tube. Oil yes. Scale No. And as a real welder, bull crap. There's no reason to do anything other than weld it up. You're not dealing with certification for bridge work or working with mild mill sheet. Not even if it was holding liquid or fuel. Now usually 1in and up. Maybe you, might. . But generally at that thickness, you're welding multiple passes so it burns out, 🔥 little more glass to fall off but no big deal. You must have went to school to learn how to weld? Worst cases are thosepeople. . Always have to untrain em and start over so they can actually compete in the industry. Impresing the teacher ended with the class.

@@mbahismu4156 so you must be a ral welder then. Welds full of porosity and slag inclusions galore. I just weld on the weekends and when I have time of work I drive a truck away from home monday to friday. But do welding projects when I can and weld what ever steel I can get 10mm 1.2mm I'll weld it but never ever use tacks joined together and call it welding, its just tacks joined together more slag and porosity then actual fusion, but you stick with your real world welding and the actual welders will continue not talking about how to join tacks and call it welding.
