RECIPE:
Chickpeas 180g / 6.34oz.
Rinse well.
2 broccoli.
Fill with hot water.
Salt.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Small Potatoes 600g / 21.16oz.
Salt.
Thyme.
Dried garlic.
Olive oil.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
1 red onion.
1 yellow paprika.
9 mushrooms.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cherry tomatoes.
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons.
Salt. Black pepper.
Olive oil.
Thyme.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Let's prepare the sauce!
Almonds 40g / 1.41oz.
Lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
1 cucumber.
1 garlic.
Salt. Black pepper.

Thanks Sharon. I experimented with not adding salt to the water in which I soaked the broccoli. And then went easy on both oil and salt. You need both for roasting. I’m going to follow the original recipe next week. We’ll see😉

I would add the 🥦 before serving. And, all that oil is way too much.
Way too much salt!!! That much salt makes meal deadly.

I agree way too much salt. No salt for me. Too much salt and now check your blood pressure.
