Very awesome tips on how to make things easier! 👍
Outstanding. I especially liked your use of plastic bottles for dust collection and forming custom trays. Thanks for sharing!
Lol I've been a woodworker 35 years and some of these I have to admit I didn't know! I like the threaded rod hack (that's always a pain) but especially the drill a pipe hole with a line layout to drill centre...great with a drillpress especially. Ok I'll share one I didn't see: to find centrepoint on a board lay your tape diagonally lining up two marks (say 10" on one edge and 20" on other edge (as long as the tape is diagonal almost like along a mitre cut line). The 15" mark on your tape would then be the centrepoint of the board.
Круто, такой сборник реально полезен
One of the best collection of tricks out there! Thanks!
Congratulations my friend The first KZread video that any basic DIYer is able to use these hacks with basic tools

Lemme guess, joining power cords with an overhand knot? I thought that was pretty common knowledge. I've been doing that so long I don't even remember where I learned it. Probably my dad.

Под метизы и мелочёвку я обычно просто обрезаю бутылки. Они получаются другой формы, но тоже очень удобно. К тому же обрезать можно любой высоты. Сама фишка формовки феном суппер. В общем фсё понравилось. Спасибо.

The bottle cap knobs would be GREAT for a razor knife
For the one with filling a screw hole with sawdust and superglue...that works great if you're going to paint over it, or it won't be seen. If if it's going to be unpainted and seen, use wood glue instead. I worked cabinetry for 20 years and would always have jars of sawdust from each type of wood that we used. When I got done filling a hole, you could barely tell there had been a hole there.

Very good and realy usefull. When i saw first the picture and titel of video i think, oh another clip with tips nobody in real life ever used. But i went wrong. Very usefull. Thanks for sharing your know how. Greets from Germany
The hole saw at the beginning of the video was missing the drill bit. No need to make a wooden guide.
That's pretty cool to form your own trays from scrap bottles. Also the wooden jig for drilling a hole in metal tube is good idea

the drilling of hole into metal tub trick was one of the big take aways i got from this video as well.. I have often struggled with out to drill a hole in a round object without the large expense of time and space required of a drill press.
Some really excellent solutions and some of which I've been using myself for years. Would love to just sit down and chat with you........for like a week! LOL!
rất hay và hữu ích😍😍
Almost as satisfying as How It's Made.
I love the bottle top handles
Amazing!
Quite clever! I like the music too. It reminds me a bit of Tangerine Dream. You've got a new subscriber.

Excelent!
Классно!
You Sir are a genius... Brilliant
@15:06 Simple Mitered-Corner Brace Support. Cut wood piece square... draw 2 diagonal lines across corner to corner... drill 1" hole through exact middle with Forstner bit... use jig or band saw to cut 1/4 section out along the lines. Use larger 3/4-portion to support outer corner of picture frame, & smaller 1/4-portion to support inner corner... apply compression clamp to straight edges inside & out to hold securely. Might have to make that center hole bigger if want to be able to tack the outside corners with brads. Otherwise, can apply hardware to the flat side of the miter. LOVE THIS!!! Thank you! [1.5.2022]

This also helps if you're gluing the joint, the hole in the center allows the glue to squeeze from the joint without then adhering to whatever you're holding it with...and also allows to get your finger in there to wipe it away before it dries. Although, I know some who allow the glue to dry so it can be cut away later. I like to wipe away and then after it dries, a quick couple of passes with a very fine grit sandpaper takes away all residue.
Well done 👍, thanks
