Как много злых людей, вы чего так накинулись на автора? Тут явно нет и намека на то, что данное устройство предполагает постоянную эксплуатацию. Это видео не об экономии, что имея простую дрель можно изготовить пол столярной мастерской. Это видео о находчивости, что в тот момент когда очень нужна циркуляр как, а ее не оказалось под рукой и нет возможности ее достать, есть выход из положения! Вот и всё. Зануды! Автор красавчик!

Столько всего нужно сделать, такой огород нагородить, для этого сомнительного «выйти из положения», распилить дощечку. А если внезапно дрель понадобится - штопором отверстия сверлить будем? Как хреновина - наши руки не для скуки - пожалуй прикольно, но на деле каждый инструмент должен выполнять свою функцию.

A "secret function" would be one that doesn't require the building of a frame, modification of steel parts to perform and the units function is not permanently changed. That's like saying the secret function of a knife if turning it into a fork with a dremel tool.

"Table saw manufacturers hate this one simple trick..." Seriously though, nice craftsmanship but it's not a secret function if you have to build the contraption to use it. If it was, you could claim other "secret functions" of a drill are a treadmill, a washing machine, a go-kart, a nuclear submarine, and an arc reactor.

Ну то что у автора технические склад ума я не сомневаюсь. Просто я считаю дрель нужна исключительно для сверления отверстий и не фига изобретать велосипед. В конце концов можно из старого электродвигателя сделать прекрасную циркулярную пилу.

I used to manage a pretty large plumbing company and I'm also a plumber as well and I tell you man we were rebuilding some machines large sewer machines and one of the motors had burned up and I looked over in the shop and there was an old washing machine sitting there and it was the exact size and everything I needed so I took it out and made it fit in the sewer machine and I could not get it to work properly in the wiring so I called up a guy at a pump shop I knew that knew all about it and he says yeah man you need that motor to be in the spin cycle so he told me how to wire it in in that sewer machine was so fast nobody wanted to use it that thing would almost spin off the ground it would spin so fast

Здесь плохо все, от использования дрели и изначально кривой поверхности фанеры, до разметки линейки с помощью паяльника на глаз и вала из пластилинового болта. Граждане, если вам уж очень понадобилось сделать распиловочный стол, то купите самую дешевую циркулярку (она изначально дешевле и мощьнее чем угробленная дрель) и соберите станок на ней. Все, что ему нужно сделать, это вставить расклинивающий нож, и это безопасно.

Данное извращение не является "функцией дрели", как то заявлено в названии видео... Функция дрели - сверление отверстий или, если присуствует переключение на отбойник она может работать как штрабер. С тем же успехом, возьми велосипедные педали, звездочку и цепь... Прицепи к ним пилочный диск и назови это "Функция велосипеда о которой никто не знал"...

велосипед изначально был изобретен чтобы извлекать из него энергию. Эта функция была засекречена много веков назад. И о ней никто не знал! То же самое и с дрелью!

In terms of woodworking this project is completely useless unless you needed a weak and slightly dangerous miniature version of a table saw and you were stuck on a desert island with only the materials seen in the video and some magical power source. In terms of KZread gold the project is brilliant and has fulfilled it's function perfectly. Congrats!

Exactly. Table saws aren't something to fuck around with even when they are purpose built. It's the power tool I respect the most in the shop. This is basically a table saw for cutting balsa, poplar, and maybe thin pine, and even then I'd be nervous as fuck.

I noticed how accurately the box was constructed. Did he perhaps use his Dewalt table saw to make them?

We had an old Craftsman table saw with a huge 2HP motor that I never used anymore. I sold it to one of the workmen who helped re-roof our house. He paid me $20 and hauled it off, happy with his bargain and my wife was happy to reclaim the space in our garage.

Я говорю про то , что если такой "инструмент" будет делать человек у которого руки кривые , то после использования руки перестанут быть кривыми , и станут отрубленными , то же и про пальцы. Заводской инструмент , даже относительно недорогой , будет лучше раз в 10 самодельного. Это как граната - опасно , но если делать самому , то опасно трижды. Изменено. Если даже после не дошло: одно дело когда сам виноват что поранился , а другое когда инструмент из-за своего качества нанес урон.

В месте кустарной запресовки подшипника шляпой болта, может происходить микро "пробуксовка" и перегрев болта, с не медленным скручиванием и отрывом шляпы, в таком случае премия Дарвина обеспечена...

I made a similar saw about 20 years ago using a regular AC 1/4 hp electric motor. It is portable and looks like a suitcase. Completely enclosed and does a great job on small projects.

Всё дело в редукторе дрели, не всякий движок, с короткозамкнутым якорем, то есть без щёточный, потянет диск!

Без пальцев и на проф станке можно остаться. При школе была столярка, пилорама, токарные, фрезерные станки, т.е. школа сама могла для своих нужд изготовливать что то. В общем учитель был без энное кол во пальцев! Он сказал это он на циркулярке. Я с тех пор боюсь циркулярку)

I love videos like these. Here's a simple way to convert your drill into an inexpensive table saw if you don't own one. Step one. Go out and buy table saw so you can cut 50 or so pieces of wood necessary to make your table saw.....this reminds me of the axe scene in Jumanji.....

A drill holding a socket head cap screw or hex head bolt and a pedestal grinder is my go to technique for shortening and chamfering bolts and screws.

I have been looking for inspiration/ideas for making a rip fence and this is giving me hope I can pull it off .......So thank you !!

Or buy a $50 table saw at a yard sale and save yourself the 10 hours it takes to make that deathtrap.

Or just cut to the chase and attach a hand saw to the bottom side of a table. Much safer and easier to change a blade if necessary. I did that in place of a table saw when I built an addition on the back of my house!!

Actually, I could see some usefulness as as small hobby saw for cutting really thin material, as it is lightweight and compact. That said, you can pick up a small portable table saw at Harbor Freight for $80, that's slightly more reliable and way more powerful and less dangerous. Otherwise, pretty good build.

Next week he will show us how to install a chuck on our table saw so we can drill holes with it. What genius!

Popular mechanics showed this build back in the 50s, it's great with good strong drills. You can also build lathes, and milling tools with a drill. The popular mechanics encyclopedia has all the plans

Нормально👍 у меня две дрели, шуруповёрт и перфоратор. Дрелью редко пользуюсь, вторая вообще не нужна. Как раз теперь можно найти применение.

Супер. Можно немного модифицировать, крепление головы двери сделать сплошным. Чтобы не нароком стружка не попала в дрель.

Конструкция звонка классная, но лучше дрель не портить, сгорит. Двигатель поставить.

Glad I saw this post as this really is quite dangerous. He’d stand a chance of the bolt was at least welded. The drill isn’t designed for side ways torque and that bearing certainly won’t last. The saw now revolving at around 1200rpm isnt secured correctly and will probably fly off. I rarely post but this is madness. Respect for creativity but please DO NOT DO THIS.

I think it’s a great idea, maybe useful some day. Dangerous? Sure, but so is getting out of bed. These projects are for people who can’t get their own table saw.

I didn’t know that function. Wow all this time I’ve been using a table saw to do that. I’m gonna get rid of my table saw since I already have 4 drills.

I used this video to adapt my cars driveshaft to a 1000 mm diameter band saw, for camping purposes - there's never enough firewood. Not to mention the hazard that axes present. The emergency crew were impressed with my skill at closing open arteries with a bunsen burner with just one arm and no digits, while holding my intestines with my one working leg :)

What a clever idea! A circular saw that you can use to easily make precise cuts. You'd think somebody would have invented a table saw before now.

That thing is an accident waiting to happen. I would never ever think of using that. Too many rigged parts that could go wrong. I like having 4 fingers and a thumb, personally.

@@idiotbuster8662 obviously per hand. Can't believe that had to be explained to you. Most every table saw injury happens to the right hand, you would have to be a special kind of stupid to get your left hand caught up in a table saw.

Great idea, I’m surprised at how fast the drill spins the blade. I could see drills burning out from overheating? Maybe include a small blower to help cool/ventilate the drill within the box compartment utilizing vent holes in the wooden case as well.

I don't see how his table saw is more dangerous than ANY table saw. I made a table saw from my Skill Saw and Workmate table, it works great.

вот бы удалась убрать из мозга человеков "но*... Вы сами послушайте как звучит "Молодец, но..." По мне так автор молодец и добавлю у меня сразу возникла мысль о токарном станочке. Хорошо когда есть люди, которые не критикуют и предлагают пищу для мозга. Я точно соберу такой распиловочник, только под аккумуляторную циркулярку, а токарный сделаю под шурик. Автору спасибо!

OK. I couldn't wait to read the comments. I had to chime in on this one. First, it's pretty damn cool. Great creativity. It worked when you were done. Kudos to you for making a home-made table saw. The first thing I thought was "You're going to quickly burn out your drill motor." Next I thought, "How did he cut all that wood so perfectly, a table saw? Was there a real table saw off-camera on the set somewhere? Who has all of those tools he was using and doesn't already have a table saw?" Then I thought, "I suppose if you are smart enough to make that saw, then you might be smart enough not to cut your fingers off (that's debatable)." Finally, I thought, "Geppetto made the perfect Pinocchio table saw that will dream his whole life of someday becoming a real table saw." Somewhere in there I thought to myself, "I can't believe that I am actually watching somebody drill pilot holes." Overall, your goal was to get views and you got mine, so hopefully you made a little money from your project. Well done.

This is the most amazing dead trap machine ever built. Wood cannot endure the stresses of a circular saw cutting other wood...

Проехать до магазина и купить досак каких надо проще. Так заморочиться, мне бы столько свободного времени и зарплата бы шла за это. Автор-кросс, золотые руки, конструктивный ум!

Great, you now have a table saw with a very small motor that will quickly burn out from overly heavy use. What about when you need a drill? Going to make one from a rubber band and some forked sticks? Or there is always the bow and string setup for a drill. In short...this video is why we have hardware and tool stores!

Всё отлично, лет 20 назад, я покупал станок, в котором была и циркулярка, и электрорубанок, работающий от ручной дрели. А вот насчёт сборника опилок и стружки там никто не позаботился. А тут интересное решение, молодец автор), на говнокомменты не обращайте внимание
