A Turkish fish recipe that amazed everyone! Mackerel tastes better than salmon. From now on I will always prepare fish this way. How to make delicious fish and chips in the oven. A delicious and inexpensive mackerel dinner.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 mackerel fish.
Cut off fins and head.
To cut in half.
Remove bones.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Spices for fish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Rub the fish well with the spices.
5 potatoes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Melt 40 g butter.
5 cloves of garlic.
Mix well for 30 seconds.
Brush the surface with garlic sauce.
Cover with damp parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Sugar.
Coriander.
1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%.
Mix well.
40 minutes later.
1 red pepper.
100g cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Parsley.
Everything is ready.
Our delicious dinner is ready.

40 минут для нежной скумбрии в духовке,потом ещё 15 минут!! Это очень много.Она высохнет.За это время говядина сготовится.

тот, кто в рыбу пихает столько чеснока,перца,паприки да еще сыром все это полирует,не любит рыбу,не понимает ее вкус и в кулинарии тоже не разбирается от слова совсем..это хрючево,а не рыба получается на выходе
Рыба не любит чеснок!!! Вкус точно на любителя только!
По-моему многовато ингредиентов. Масло и сыр лишние, как по мне.

Why are we watching 10 minutes of amateurish chopping? Just get on with the recipe. Drop the poor knife work "padding" or perhaps get someone who really knows how to use a knife to demonstrate some real skill but in at least half the time. Watching someone chop and onion is neither entertaining or informative.
