Hope you recover well from the heat I'm in Western Pennsylvania had some good weather until now it's going to get real hot now and we had some bad pollution last couple days haven't been able to go out went and got a safety helmet in all the pads ready to take the next level and build my own style thanks for the encouragement inline skating is in the blood ugri ugrian Hungarian Russian Federation St Petersburg I would love to skate my mother's first generation American and my grandparents came over in the 1920s my mother told me they spoke old Russian that's one beautiful city your at I wish you the best

Glad to see you. Don't rush with (over)loading yourself. Skate in base mode, aka HR Zone 2, for few weeks. Meanwhile, your feet stabilizers will get stronger and neural pathways get refreshed.

Yes. It's good to be back.

Nothing wrong with having a break, I haven't skate for some time now myself, however that's because I've taken up Mountain Biking. Regardless of what you pursue, taking a break from skating inset always a bad thing. Take Care :D
