"Blimey! You and your blokes have been banished and stripped of everything but a few shillings and table scraps. Undaunted, you journey to a strange land to reinvent yourself and reclaim your honor. Will you farm the earth, fight as knights or finagle your own feudums?
Feudum (latin for fiefdom) is an economic medieval game of hand and resource management for 2-5 players. With many strategies at their disposal, players optimize four actions per turn in attempt to score the most victory points over five epochs.
Each player controls several medieval characters that roam the countryside tending farms, taxing towns and taking outposts in effort to rise in power.
But that’s only the tip of the behemoth's horn! You will also compete to acquire coveted feudums, which increase your membership status in one of six guilds. But beware! Feudum owners must pay homage to the king through military service or face the charge of disloyalty.
Once a guild member, you will dutifully play your part in a progressive economic cycle, whereby the farmer ships goods to the merchant who equips the alchemist, who invents black powder, which arms the knight, and so on.
If you run your guilds wisely, maintain control of key locations and adapt best to changing events, you will be victorious. Unless, of course, you starve, get sidetracked by sea serpents or develop an unhealthy interest in fermented grapes. Long live the King!" - Feudum
"Oh Bullocks! The Queen’s tyranny is spreading into every corner of the kingdom. Her foot soldiers scour the countryside to hunt the behemoth-the bewitched king that was once her husband! Your small band of rebels will need sharp wits and a bit of luck to save the king and reclaim the land’s virtue, as well as your own.
The Queen’s Army is a solo variant expansion to Feudum. The game pits you against Queen Ann in an epic battle to score the most veneration points over 5 epochs.
First, her Majesty will ruthlessly target the bewitched King (The
Behemoth) in effort to diminish your fame. After the King is dead (or by the dawn of third epoch), she will mount her black horse to pursue your band of rebels with a vengeance.
The Queen plays the game with unlimited resources and no movement restrictions. Any actual resources she acquires along the way count as veneration points!
Can you thwart her quest for the King’s demise, while securing your own prestige? By the Sword of Leinad, you shall prevail!" - The Queen's Army

I have both the base game and Queen's Army. I haven't had a chance to play it solo but have played it seven times with my group. It is easily my favorite game of 2018 and it is totally worth the barrier of entry.

I agree! I specifically mention the barrier to entry mainly in terms of learning the game. But once you know how, the game opens up wonderfully. Its a keeper! Can’t wait for the upcoming KS as well!
Those paper stopper could be upgrade into plastic tray, btw, this unboxing giving me so much pleasure

Glad to hear that! I really enjoyed opening this one up. It was a lot of fun and the game is just as awesome!
The artwork from the box makes me want to pick it off from a shelf if I saw it.

I served on a submarine for 4 years. We neither followed bubble trails nor left any! False marketing! Lol. I enjoyed the unboxing. Look forward to a playthrough!

Kickstarter edition content Look soo nice to have, but sadly I'm late to the party and can't pre-order it due to them disable the pre-order option, so the Only option to get it is on the amazon and brought the last stock retail version non kickstarter edition. I hope it worth it and don't miss out anything and planning on play solo with the queen expansion, just started getting into the TableTop Board Game.

@@RollingSolo I'm having some difficulty where the option doesn't lets me to pledge pre-order for some odd reason other then it disable for me, but it to late I purchase it on the retail site like amazon, soo I'm missing out the kickstarter edition goods.
