It was definitely written by her mother. You can knit pick the terminology here because the mother sometimes gets too caught up in her own opinion to remember that these words are supposed to be coming from the 'victim', a teenage girl. She has this girl calling her peers children lol that's a dead giveaway, among others. Parent should be looked at by CPS for what she is making her daughter go through. Never once tried to address the daughter lying about her age. It's like the details don't even matter to her. But they matter to the police, who already investigated the situation. But there is still no proof and lots of girls fake being raped and you may say that’s fake but some people spent 20 years in prison before the women admitted that she lied and no legal action was taken against her.
