Ferrero Mooncake with edible gold dust

Mooncake
Lye water substitute
1/4 tsp baking soda
200gr water
Cook 5 minutes on high heat

How to bake
1. Bake at 170-180C fire up and down + fan for 5 minutes. Remove and then spray evenly with water
2. Bake again at 170C fire up and down + fan for 5 minutes. Remove and brush the egg yolk 2x
3. Bake at 160C on top and bottom fire + fan for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes turn the pan
NOTES
For stuffing with salted egg yolk, the mooncake size should be above 100gr, 75gr is still ok, but later the filling is more likely to be salted egg.
For Ferrero stuffing, the size of the mooncake should be 125gr so that the results of the mooncake can be printed perfectly and fit the portion of the filling with Ferrero
Mooncake should be eaten 1-2 days after it is cooked.
Store mooncake in a closed container
For the mooncake filling, it should not be too soft, the mooncake will be slanted.
Print and press with a little force, press 3-4 times so that the motif is printed perfectly (this is for a lot of line motifs, if the motifs are large, 3x maximum is enough)
The spread should not be thick, just thin
Egg yolks for spread are mixed with white water, no need for milk, the results are even less beautiful
