Even I am confused why Tomica is practically the only one to do it. Neither Majorette does it, nor Mattel (MBX and Hot Wheels), nor the May Cheong companies (Bburago and Maisto), I'm not even bringing up manufacturers like Mini GT, Pop Race and Era Car into this discussion, but Tomica's audacity is kinda stupefying - custom wheels are only available from Tomica Premium onwards and even then, I personally do not like the wheels on every Tomica Premium - most of them are cast in a way that make them look two-dimensional, which doesn't always look good imo.

Just because the scale of this car is 1/62, I do want to ask you if you have compared the LaFerrari's size with the Tomica Huracan STO. That casting is of 1/62 scale as well, as per the box. So is the Tomica Subaru WRX S4 STI Sport #

They're shrinking actual cars right? So Lamborghini is shorter car than Subaru in height so that translates to smaller size.
