By themselves the tournaments are pretty entertaining to watch, but the commentary from 3D and 2D make it so much better, especially in this episode. This is one of my favorites.

I was kinda thinking about this , and when I was 7 years old I was doing this same thing . You guys put alot of thought an time in doing this , it's just amazing to see how far just playing with hot wheels and trac has come

Oh joy! A recap. That Mustang tournament was cool. Also good to see 2D reunited with Sally.

For those who dont know, Ponyboy Curtis is actually a reference to the main character of the novel "The Outsiders" and at 31:48 you can hear 2d say "Stay Golden Ponyboy" which is what one of Ponyboys friend says right before dying in the novel. Just wanted to share a cool lil reference I noticed.

Where has these videos been my whole life?! Top shelf guys!!!

I can tell you guys have done this for a while and I just started to watch last night (loving it, btw), but I'd like to see a change to the format simply because I can't get enough of this! It's basically a double-elimination bracket, Broken into Qualifier rounds 1 & 2, Last Chance Qualifier rounds 1 & 2, and the Finals. Points system remains mostly the same. However a DNF means the drivers get 0 points, and a wreck counts as -1 point. Q 1 & 2 - Same bracket setup. 16 drivers. 4 drivers compete in 4 races for 2 spots in Qualifier rd. 2. The cars rotate position each race same as the current format. Q2 consists of the advancing drivers in their respective Q1 races. Same rotation format. Only the top performer in their 4 races advances to the Finals. LCQ 1 & 2 - The 8 losing drivers in Qualifier 1 compete to move on to LCQ2. Same race format as Q2. Only the top racer advances to LCQ2. In round 2, winners of LCQ 1 face losers of Q2. Same format as Q2. Top performer moves on to the Finals. Final round - returns to single-elimination. the 4 competitors compete in 5 races to determine the winner. Rotation remains the same for the first 4 races. In the final race, the 2 drivers with the least points line up front row, with the lowest points total getting the inside lane and highest points total getting the outside lane in the rear. Highest points total after all 5 races wins. Lowered to 5 races instead of 8 due to each competitor having at least 1 outright win getting to the Finals. This way, a car has to advance twice to make it to the Finals, and win outright at LEAST twice in order to be considered the champion. Making it to the Finals removes your shot at another chance. As soon as you're in the finals, it's a 1 round, 5 race shootout. I'm probably thinking way too hard about diecast car racing, but if nothing else I think this can make entertaining stories in your broadcasts. Anyway, I love this way more than any adult should! Looking forward to more!

Great racing love seeing those Stangs flipping and wrecking. Getting to watch the whole series of 16 cars beginning to end was awesome great job. I think Sally broke 2D's heart possibly by somehow running him over then wrecking. My analyst Sigmund Fried says he must confront his fears. I think to get past this 2D really needs to race in KOTM tourney and exercise his demons. I can have Sigmund get in touch if you think that will help. Shake and bake 2D. I think a race between 2D and Randy should of happened that would of been epic.

What I learned from the Mustang Tournament 2022: Jack Ford is related to Henry Ford Doug Winning kind of lived up to his name Super Snakes can be quick Steve McQuick sounds like Steven McQuinn, a racer in KoTM Tournament 3 Sally Fox is faster in modified Fox Bodies What Randy's Fiero looks like Sally showed us that it isn't easy being a Mustang

Love the track. Love the cars. Love the way you all make absolutely top notch comp tournaments. I especially love the witty banter m commentary of 3D n 2D. So i understand that members can send in cars for racing consideration. If thats tge case, i gotta think the poor shlub entering CRASH had to be either laughing his/her ass off or hanging. Their head in diecast racing shame! Either way, the 2D barbs and the waiver to sign a waiver was hilarious!! You guys are pure entertainment.
