Absolut ... das war ein Speciale... der gelbe den Ihr kurz zwischendrin überholt habt war ein Italia... der 458 Speciale war aber auch mal gut unterwegs und hat was riskiert...super gefahren!!!

He let the lotus by because he was loosing his tires. Shortly before he signals the lotus by you can see him loose traction on the rear end. The lotus didnt have the power to walk the ferrari but it did out last it tire wise due to low weight.

Good Lord! I'm not sure how much of this track dominance at Spa is because of your driving skills or your machinery but it was mighty impressive. I think it is a combination of both factors. I suspect quite a few of those GT3's you were passing were driven by people who just wanted to get a little track experience.

Einfach Hammer geil, wie ihr alles in Grund und Boden fahrt mit dem EX460 trotz 110 PS mehr beim Grauen 458 (nutzt ihm nichts zu schwer) hat aber gekämpft bis auf die letzte rille, ich hab mir das jetzt schon 5x angeguckt.Euer Fahrer fährt aber auch richtig gut .Und die ganzen 911 kommen mir vor als wenn sie Parken.

It eats the ferrari for lunch. Believe me that guy tried to get away super hard. But you gain on him in corners, especially on the brakes. Great driving, lightweight rules.

The Lotus has got better lines through the corners, the Ferrari was snapping on the exit as his angle was tighter on the exit. Straight line the Ferrari is faster

Had my s2 Toyota Elise Komotec'd a few years ago. 300hp in a 890kg car is great fun.

Lotus is sensational and it is faster in a straight line; watch from 4:51 it just couldn't keep up. The suspension on the lotus is hardcore track which really gives it a huge edge in corners but probably sacrifices so much in road driving comfort. The speciale with roughly 150hp edge just couldn't deal with the power to weight ratio of the lotus. An impressive piece of kit !!

Looks like after overtaking the Ferrari he wanted to put some distance behind him and forgot to ease off on that corner. And those Beetles were getting in the way. People say they are fast but they always look like they are driven by old ladies.

So I guess I'm gonna have to have an EX KT 460 done on my Cup 380....seems to be worth the investment....or switch to the 430 Cup and have the Evora 475 HP from KT....even more weaponry....

Great driving skills. Komo-tec is a fantastic bit of kit! Why can’t Lotus put an engine in the Exige like Komo-tec??

The Toyota manual gearbox (EA60) has limits and Lotus won't put an auto in the Exige.

Wie immer stellt sich hier die Frage nach der Streckenkenntnis beider Fahrer. Der Exige Fahrer fährt sehr gut und scheint die Strecke schon oft gefahren zu sein. Trifft das auch auf den Ferrari Fahrer zu? Gerade Auf den schnellen Passagen müsste der Ferrari eigentlich deutlich schneller sein als die Exige. Trotzdem geil wie die exige die ganzen Power Cars aufschnupft;) Top gefahren!!

Danke ! der Fezza treibt sich da schon oft rum. Aber keine Frage, der Apparat geht nochmal ganz anders vorwärts. Nur 200kg schwerer und min. 609PS stark, dabei sehr gute Aero...das kann in anderen Händen schneller ;-)

I think you were too careful in Kate breaking. Or else the Ferrari had no chance on the corner against the Lotus.

What kind of track day approves that big differences in pace? You and the Ferrari obviously got quite a few laps behind ya, and some of the others seems like they’re on some guided tour admiring the view.

Geiles Video, aber der Ferrari hatte bereits kurz vor dem Überholen massive Grip-Probleme, Heck brach ein / zweimal kurz aus, denke mal, bei dem waren die Reifen runter gefahren, sonst wäre Lotus wohl noch was länger hinterher gefahren ;-)

Not really - the sequential gearbox is what helps the Ferrari accelerate quicker. Almost half a second at every gearchange.

SPA is good. Excellent driving. Some people bring fast cars (Ferrari) but they cant drive..

Great driving my friend.👍 I really wa t one of these. Remember folks the Ferrari is an automatic, much easier to drive and much faster gear changes. I'd much rather own the Lotus with a proper manual transmission any day. Way more fun and engaging for the driver.

The Ferrari was a little loose but your lotus was on rails, love the tuning .

Very cool. One thing I see in this video and have seen in others: why are there some many drivers of high-end and super high-end cars that are so slow? Are they complete novices?

Yeah but the Ferrari costs 4.5x as much (in Australia at least). Add the cost of the Lotus performance mods and you've got a 458 botherer for a 1/4 of the cost.

4:30..errmm..that was a bit embarassing, trying to show off corner speed and ending up going out of bounds.. The ferrari driver must be be laughing. 🤦🏻‍♂️😜😂😂 The speciale driver is good. Keeping up with this lotus. It would have been humbling though if this was a radical. 3 corners and the radical, a 200 and change hp car dissapearing from the sights of the supercar. The ferrari driver wouldn't have dared to chase after witnessing the difference in capabilities through that long sweeping highspeed corner and that famous kink.
