I like the way it tells all of you what’s going so that we can all build the excitement till launch day. After all, you see a great cinema trailer and it gets you excited for the release of the actual film. I don’t hear anyone saying that the movie trailer system sucks. It’s all part of the fan experience.

Ferraris are so special the 458 Aperta is a special car I do like the striping on them too they make the cars stand out.

Loved the video. NART stripe is the most beautiful of any ferrari ever made.

Love the channel guys! I have a 458 Spider and love it as well as a newly delivered 812SF. Both cars have awesome sound. I imagine the Speciale Aperta is even better. I laughed out loud when you talked about the turn indicator. I too have drove like a stooge with indicator on when trying for the three blink lane change. Like a senior driving in Florida. Keep up the good work!

In my opinion the most beautiful ferrari ever made (Altho the pista is actually also literally jawdropping), the proportions are perfection

Stunning! Since you asked Scuderia > Speciale. The steering “feel” and emotional connection provided more than offsets the increase in capability.

I drove a huracan before I drove a regular 458, and I thought I was a Lambo fan but after driving the 458 for the day. I'm now forever a Ferrari fan!

Another excellent video that I fully enjoyed . Absolute Stella car without question but then there is the entertainment provided by you two , great genuine banter and so funny too I find myself chuckling quite allot to your witty comments (especially you Damian) What a car for -4 damp British country lanes! Centre console in "Horrible Black Plastic". Ferrari are generally awesome at making things in horrible plastics of all colours, then offering you the opportunity to upgrade the horrible plastic to something NASA or F1 use for the price of a family car. Love the intro guys, it was as though "The Fast Show" does Top Gear. Nice....... Now can you meet up with Tony from Gravelwood for a game of snap?

love this thanks for sharing, it reminds me when I was very lucky to drive an equally yellow speciale vicino, ( shall I call it :-) if you watch this back, I don't think I have ever seen both of you smile so much, well done Damian. You didn't mention if you liked the comfort of the seats Jason, were you having to much fun....? Having seen the 250 GTO going for $48M now, are you going to re think that 288 GTO purchase, it can only go up. From recollection theres about 272 288 versus 39 280's produced, I could just see you in a 288 GTO Damian. Jason agreed with me, if I remember rightly. :-)

Magnificent thing that is, video does not do it justice, much lower, wider and meaner in reality , very special car in a very limited number in a special colour , ticks all the boxes and does not get any better. I loved the " young ones " quote too , lost on anybody under 45 years old. Does that mean you have won a brand new " Ford tippex !!! " And the other easter Egg in this vlog " bleeds " outake quote from the cannonball run.

Damian, I LOOOOVE you 458 SA!!!!!

The jerkiness of coming down in the gears disappers when you leave the automatic mode. If you are in manual mode, you approach for example a red light and you don't shift down yourself, the car shifts down automatically (despite manual mode), but does not open the clutch. You hear the gears go down and see it displayed in the tachometer, but there is no headbanging of the passengers or howling of machine and gear box. At least in a regular ("non speciale aperta") 458 spider. The squeeking on the upshift when accelerating hard comes from a nano-sec interruption of the ignition in order not do overdo the power while changing gears. Even though it is a double clutch gear box, otherwise there might be too much power in the nano-second, when the next gear bangs in. But this only happens when you accelerate hard.

Lovely car indeed really pops - the colours work well nicer than the launch Dark Blue Nart Berlinetta Speciale Launch colour I had for a bit - my only tiny gripe about the 458/488 Spyders are the humps which when driving make the car feel a bit more Targa than Spyder but roof up look very integrated and smart - On the NART theme how about looking down the sofa to buy one of the ten 275 GTB N.A.R.T Spyders by Scaglietti commissioned by Luigi Chinetti or if that isn't special enough a 365 GTB/4 Spyder by Michelotti should be on you shopping list 😏

Please keep up with those wonderful videos, specially the reviews. We love them, we love the way you guys do it and we love the cars! Keep up the AMAZING work!

There many things that make the F40 great but you are right. Neither sound good though when compared to a naturally aspirated full chat V8 or V12.

absoultely beautiful car. Daman, my question this time is one of confusion. I have been in the market for a 512 TR and found a nice one in the UK. it has 34 k miles and seems to have good pedigree. Ihave been told that the vaule would be hurt not being an original imported to the usa. Do you have any knowledge and advice concerning if the importation of that car make semse to me.. Thank you.
