So it's safe to say it's rabies right?? Animy is infected with rabies. (how the hell do you spell her name now...) And any animal infected with rabies doesn't really last long no matter what. Like the disease basically shuts down their nervous system and kills them after at least a couple weeks right? So it's safe to say she's gonna die soon right? RIGHT!?

She needs to eat she is so skinny and wut about her pups

In Huata's current condition, I wouldn't be surprised if her unborn pups died due to malnutrition, thus creating a plot twist. Though if any pups do somehow survive off of nearly nothing of nutritional value they would probably die not to long after. Just a guess, and I hope im wrong since im pessimistic about these topics, but wouldn't be far from reality considering Huata, despite her special powers, _is_ still a wolf, after all.

Very unexpected of Anemy to do to Dasker.... not sure if I consider Anemy as my favorite anymore, I thought all of her anger came from being possibly hurt in the past, but now it seems like her anger is coming from no where and it seems as if shes lost her mind at this point. I have no idea of whats to come from her next but all I can do is hope she changes before shes too far gone. She is the most entertaining character in this series in my opinion.

I honestly don't think Trot is interested in either. He just comes off as the kind of personality that doesn't care about that kind of stuff. Just my opinion, especially since it sounded like that humans neutered him, meaning, he doesn't have any interest in that stuff.

i have a theory, maybe dasker loved trot however he had frustration because of his sexuality, and so when he met aneme he saw that as a chance to try and move on, and have pups since two guys can't produce pups lol. he probably felt like it was his duty since he is the alpha and all and it's expected for him to pass on his bloodline, but i think he doesn't truly love aneme but is still afraid of maybe loving trot.

I think you are wrong because we are over three quarters of the way through this season and sexuality has never been a major theme. Aric's character arch has been about the transition from child to adult, the perfect context for an author to explore sexuality. That is not happened though. Instead Aric's arch is more about responsibility. The whole reason he returned to the pack in episode 18 was because he cared for the pups too much to simply abandon them. I think that this show is simply not about sexuality. I think that the meadow scene with Dasker and Trot is about the conflict that can arise when personal welfare (a.k.a. happiness) becomes mutually exclusive with communal welfare. There is also a more temporal element to their discussion. Daster is very concerned with heritage and legacy. He realizes that he is a part of something much larger than he can even comprehend, so much so that his personal welfare is meaningless in comparison. On the other hand, Trot has no heritage and his ability to leave a legacy has been extremely impaired by the humans. The only thing he is a part of is the relationships he builds from scratch. When the greater entity is only 3 other people, one's own welfare is a much more comparable goal. I think the ultimate solution will be something along the lines of Daster and Trot realizing that increasing the welfare of others is how someone becomes a part of this larger entity; biological reproduction is not in and of itself enough to merit membership.

Okay (Srry I'm using my mom's youtube account) I love this show and I'll never stop loving it, but I have a question- Back in episode five, I think, when huata was telling hinto about her past, in the background of the scene when the human was talking there was a T.V. which had a Biohazard (radioactive) sign on the screen. I'm still confused about this. Throughout the show, the wolves and dogs talk much about how the humans disappeared and evacuated and such, but WHY?? Where did the humans go? I understand if the answer to this was planned in later episodes, but if it isn't, then do you think you could answer it, or at least make more clues? I am very confused as to what happened to the humans and what the radioactive sign was all about. Please answer this and give more details about the humans. Thanks for reading!!

I dont know but my theory is that there was some sort of gas leak, or chemical accident and it was making the humans leave, but the stray dogs killed their owner, i dont know why.

This is literally me when I saw this: Start- everything has gone to hell! Huata and Hinto fight- oh... everything HAS gone to hell. Anemia and Ash- woah we don’t need more anemys thank you, ones enough... Everything has gone to hell. If you wouldn’t mind I’d like to leave my opinion/review from what I’ve picked up on throughout the series. I am in love with how the art has changed and improved since the start and to this point is truly outstanding. The animation work is just beautiful and so talented. I love how well the actors show emotion through their voices too, it’s really showing that they are the characters when they record it. However, I do want to point out that when it comes to how these voices are out together it ruins the tension between a fight. Like someone else has pointed out 1:28 is an example of this. The way Trot talks and there’s a pause does take out the emotion and tension going into the fight and argument. I really do appreciate how long and hard you must work on the episodes but thought I’d give you my opinion to show how to improve even further than you already have. And on the Trot line, I am starting to wonder if he likes Dasker in a way that’s more than friends. Through the flashback, it certainly seems as though they were getting closer and closer until Daskers natural instincts and duty took over to produce his legacy. I’m no professional at reviews and explaining things so I do apologise if you’re confused somewhere. Sorry if I spelt any names wrong, I’m horrible at names too! I cannot wait for the next episode and somehow Anemy still remains my favourite character.

It's another great episode, however I'd like to present my unprofessional opinion on it, if that's okay. :) The voice acting is still great, with immersion and feelings settled deep into it. Not only that, but the animation and anatomy, etc has certainly improved! And it's great that we're getting development. However, it does have its flaws and I have my own opinions. The editing still needs work. I know you're doing your best with your current tools. And I appreciate it. What you're doing is already stunning. But, the audio sometimes gets a bit... out of place. What I mean is this: someone will say something and that something will rile another wolf up, causing some type of outburst. However, Wolf 1's dialogue and Wolf 2's dialogue will have a massive gap in between, breaking the tension. A good example in this episode is at 1:28. And now an opinion on a specific character I must speak about. Trot. Trot seems... different. Not because of his low self-esteem or his scars. But his behavior and others' behavior around him. It's said that he's neutered, he cannot reproduce. And when they first meet Trot as a pup, Kelo says they came because he smelled like a female. Later, in the flashback in this episode, Trot and Dasker seem to act... more than friends. The way they were laying together in the grass seemed a bit too friendly. And quotes such as... Trot: "Experiencing it with you only makes it better" Dasker: "You do know it can't be like this forever..." They then continue to discuss personal happiness. And before the flashback, we see Trot and Bailey, Bailey's paws on Trot's. Yes, this could be seen as a way to comfort, but looking back at his actions in previous episodes makes me wonder. My conclusion to Trot is this: Trot might be homosexual, and Dasker might be bisexual. Having a homosexual character in this show would indeed make me love it much more! LGBTQ+ viewers might agree. But, you might not have that planned. If you don't, you don't have to twist the script to fit it in. Thank you for reading my review, thank you for reading this far.

Great read! I respect your opinions, it's nice to get constructive critiques once in a awhile. Sorry about the rushed editing, it's gonna be like that until I can get better equipment and more time to dedicate towards the show. You're on the money about the Lgbt+ representations in the show, I'm glad you picked up on some of the themes I'm playing with in the story.They were subtle hinted at since ep1, but not many people picked up on it at first. While I'm not going to disclose everything just yet, i'll save that for a Q&A, but you're not off at all. I'm glad you appreciate that side to my story telling^^

The editing isn't enough to ruin the series, but it's still good you're self aware about the fact it could be improved. And I didn't actually think my theory was correct... It's really great you're putting it in! I'm really excited for this story, more than before, and I encourage you to work at your own pace, so you don't get tired of working on the series. You took so long i started to get worried :3

While I do like the character development of the side characters! It was a much needed break from the drama of Huata and Hinto's relationship. I feel bad for saying this but i honestly hope they don't have pup's, even though they most likely won't have any, i think Huata would be a worse of a mother than Aname. Huata is WAY to careless for her own self let alone those and her own 'pups' lives! Aname at least did care some what for her family. Besides, Aname was honestly a good character! She is the closet to an actual wolf in this series and that's saying quite a lot for this series. Although guessing its been weeks since she got infected Aname should have passed away from the blight. But I also wish to ask if were going to see the pack of dogs from episode 6. I'd like to see them make a reappearance or have the pack go to the human city where the dogs are. It'd be interesting and would allow for more interesting episodes and give far more character development to Trot and Bailey, maybe even Eric! It's just a suggestion, but i think it'd help this series out and be more popular if you tried it! That's all I have to say thank you if you have read this!

Eeeee I'm so happy it's finally here! The episode was amazing! But OMG I have so many questions. What will happen to the pups? Will Huata survive and learn the truth about Hinto??? Ahhh the suspense is killing me! Also, poor Ash! I knew her death was coming but it still hurts! 😭😭😭😭
