If you follow our TikTok and watch the videos of when we first got him, definitely feral. Hissing, growling, biting, scratching, spitting, the whole lot 😂

@@Rescuecatmittens Eh, definitely not trying to downplay your effort in rescuing and socializing him, you're an angel for it! But from all I saw on TikTok, he displayed every bit of expected behavior from a cat suddenly in a new environment. I've seen 100% socialized cats be much worse in the first weeks at our shelter, whereas feral cats just... go nuts and try everything to be as far away from you as possible for much longer than a week. So yeah, likely had some traumatic events and might have had to survive on the streets for a bit, but I'd say very likely he was a pet before that got dumped.

❤❤❤❤😘Thank you that brought back su❤ch a wonderful memories🥰🥰🥰 you know what's so amazing and yet so so true and those that read this can relate cats that are homeless are trul❤❤y the best the best cats animals are so much smarter❤ than people no believe even could imagine when you find a stray cat❤ or when a stray cat finds you they are truly the best the best cats to ever have they know that you have chosen them and they have accepted you or they have chosen you and your life and there's going forward is just filled with so much love they truly know that not only have you chosen them but they have chosen you and it's like a matc❤h made in heaven t❤he love and the appreciatio❤n they show you will you take him into your home when they are homeless and on the streets it's just like no other it's the weirdest thing but you can have a cat raise it for my kitten and they are the most stuck up I'm grateful they will have that care less attitude but when it is a stray cat ❤they have such a di❤fferent personality it's amazing After experiencing and taking in a stray cat ever since a child and then by any Persian cat later in life and then another cat that was actually black and white they just had a grateful personality in comparison to a cat that is and what is a stray cat homeless heart broken don't know if they can love or trust ag❤ain a human and then they make that me either you ❤build up slowly most of the time with food or just sitting there giving them food but just sitting there and talking to him and having it and making it a slow process building that trust with him disable creep gently and slowly towards you closer and closer each and every time that you encounter them as they come to your home and b❤eg for food and then t❤hat trust is built but again I know there are so many that can relate with but I am ❤describing here but as I was saying there's no better exp❤erience and that build up of love and Trust and desire to be best friends with each other and it's a slow process is a creep slower and slower to you after they've eaten❤ and it's so funny they understand ❤what you're doing they understand that you're getting them the time it's like therapy basically and they understanding that build up that trust as they will come to your home to be fed and not get too close but except the foo❤d and sit there with you from about an arm the two arms distance away and I know it's a trust that you're trying to build for them as they think tha❤t as they think that you're needing your trust built up but I will say ❤God is just amazing just so amazing as it is so clearly just crystal clear that cats and dogs were totally designed for humans it's just truly amazing down to the science of it down to the therapy the inner depths of your heart and your mind how they just fulfill the most wonderful heart getting and feeling more or less a true fulfillment that not even humans can fulfill and what's even just more amazing is even large felines//Cats
