Fenland Fisheries - In search of Monsters on Willow Lake - HUGE NEW PB

Ойын-сауық

Halloween special on Willow Lake at Fenland Fisheries, Cambridgeshire. With carp to high 40s/early 50s and Catfish to over 100lbs Josh and I are spending 72 hours on this stunning 6.5 acre lake in search of some of its monster fish. The cold end to October has finally seen the Autumn leaves start to fall and with a full moon just days away can we get ourselves a Halloween Monster from the dark depths.

Cheers buddy and well done on yours too, there's some absolute monsters in there. My 3rd time fishing it and I'm still waiting on a carp, albeit the previous 2 times were only short difficult sessions. Such a nice lake, will definitely be heading back there again

Cheers buddy, knew there were some monsters in there but wasn't expecting one quite that size as my first fish out of there!

Just take your time and hope it gets tired!! 🤣 they're very strong but with the right tackle and some patience you can land them. Everyone goes through dry spells, keep getting out there, try different approaches and if you can watch videos or read articles to improve your approach, presentation etc and they'll soon be biting again. At this time of year give yourself the best chance you can by going to easier waters too, hard enough I'm winter as it is without tackling tricky waters too
