I am so happy I got the Tone Master Pro with the FR12 cabinet. Its ease of use and great tones inspire me to play. The tones you can create with just the click of mouse or the touch of a finger are amazing and it's only going to get better. I look forward to the journey. 🎸🎸🎸

@@phslobo O Tone Master Pro e o gabinete basta conectar na parede. Eu uso o gabinete de alto-falante Fender FR-12. Espero que isso responda às suas perguntas. 😁

Have you tested the fr-12 against a loud drummer? Just curious, as I’m planning on buying it but I was wondering if I have to budget for 2 of them in stereo or not

@@ivorytelecaster The FR-12 is plenty loud for small venues like bars or parties. I would definitely start with one and then make a decision on getting another. It's a good sounding speaker. Works great with the TMP. I'm super happy with it. Hope this helps. 😁

One of the best tips in this video is putting the stomp box AFTER the amp. I was putting it after my distortion pedals before the amp and was frustrated I could never get my leads loud enough when stomping on the boost. A simple move of the boost pedal to after the amp solved all my problems! Thank you!

I just love the fact that there's a little description of each parameter. It's very well though. Can't wait to receive my device!

I just discovered the Mythic Drive pedal and all I can say is "wow". It is fantastic. I had been using the Orange box but the Mythic is on a different level.

Yep! I keep telling myself to spend some more time with some of the other drives/distortions but most times I go through and A/B pedals to see which one I like the most with that particular rig, the Mythic usually just works the best. I've never played a real Klon or klone but this thing seems to be money in front of any Fender/Marshall style amp

I don't own a TMP but I do own a Helix. I also own 4 clones of the Klon Centaur (including a JHS Notaklon). It's just the best, always on pedal for me.

Hey Doug, video idea: go through the Compressors, talk about and compare them. Maybe explain a bit about how compression works and how/why/when to use it. I've never really used a compressor before and don't seem to notice much of a difference when I put one on.

Holy Smoke! Is it any day now for the six month update or are we waiting for July? Lots of good tips here. The other companies are really afraid now. Fender has guitar income, amp income, pedal income, worldwide. I'd like to know what market share Fender has.

Question please: Doug, having a debate about the best connection to use with the TMP for live shows. 1. Mesa amp - plug into clean channel with all tone knobs flat. 2. katana mkII - plug into power amp in 3. Mesa amp - plug into 'return' input of effects loop. 4. Seymour Duncan power stage 170 into any speaker cabinet. (I haven't had much success plugging into the clean channel... seems to break up/distort... just turn down the TMP master volume?)

Wow, good question! I'd say that it depends on the type of music you're playing, if you plan on using the TMP just for effects, etc. If you're going to use the TMP's amps and cabs, I'd got for the PowerStage 170 into an efficient FRFR cab. If your Mesa provides your amp tones, then yes, plug into 'return' input of effects loop.

Thank you for the test, but it's hard to hear differences with the amp saturation.

Yeah, same here. On my TM deluxe reverb, I tend to run 3-3.5 max with pedalboard. Treble 5.5 bass 3.5, on the normal channel.
